Better price, something going down in price for a change, great communication, on the ball nothing to do all taken care of, I was using free spirit, but after taking 8 weeks to get £200 for missed departure from them, having never claimed in 5 years, never again.

Had to cancel my holiday insurance due to the Middle East crisis and Avanti couldn’t be more helpful , they cancelled my insurance & gave me a credit voucher immediately valid for 3 years, I rebooked another holiday & used the voucher, the remainder of the value stays on the voucher for next time, they were very professional & helpful
