AlldayPA have been fantastic throughout…
AlldayPA have been fantastic throughout my time with them.
Getting set up was really easy and straightforward and the packages were simple to understand. The account manager walked me through it without any hard sell.
The PAs are really good and helpful and my customers have noted how good they are. It has made a massive difference to my business. Before I used the service very few people left voicemail messages but now I am getting the opportunity to connect with potential customers. It has certainly increased my sales.
I would fully recommend alldayPA to anyone who wants to expand their business without the commitment and hassle of employing someone.

Once you sign up you never completely escape.
This review isn't really about the service. I decided to quit using the company some years ago and have frequently asked for them to remove my email address from their records. They still have not done so as every so often I get an email from them, today is the latest occurrence. Be warned that once you're on their records they never remove you.

Phone line was set up extremely quickly…
Phone line was set up extremely quickly as I advised them it was in response to an urgent health advice line. The team have been very helpful and responsive. The call handlers are friendly and polite. We receive an email after every call giving us details of the caller, which is very helpful.
An excellent professional service.

Great service again

A question of trust...answered!
Outsourcing call handling was not an easy decision to take - there are lots of questions to answer...is there enough capacity to handle call volumes, will my existing clients notice, how is my company announced, is there consistency outside standard working hours, how many rings do people have to wait for an answer, what is the accuracy of any message taken? The list goes on and only time can tell.
I can happily say that after more than 5 years of continuous service with alldayPA we have never looked back. As a global business, clients and prospects can (and do) contact us 24x7x365. Their calls get answered quickly and with a professional greeting before being routed to the appropriate team in our business to handle their call. Existing clients are recognised before the call is even answered and treated as you would expect VIPs to be treated.
An excellent service all day every day as the name suggests!

Would highly recommend AlldayPA
I have been using AlldayPA for about 5 years now and they have been fantastic. I would highly recommend them. The service is good value for money and since using them, it has completely changed how I work. As a small business you feel you should answer every call 24 hours a day which is just not practical. Using AlldayPA has given me peace of mind that I will not miss any business calls and my customers will be answered in a quick and polite manner.
I have had little problems with their service but on a recent issue I had, their customer service was quick and efficient to call me back and resolve everything. Thank you for a great service.
