I've been using AllayPA as a call answering service for my small business for 10 years. In all that time I've been happy with the service, and we've only just experienced our first 'accident' recently. Calling Victoria in the customer support team, she was very understanding and prompt to investigate what happened on the call, and took immediate steps to raise the issue to the management team. And they agreed a solution within one week that I am happy with. Overall, very pleased with how this was handled.

Great company to partner with for out of hours coverage. The call package options were well priced for what we required. There were a few call handling issues however, these were always dealt with accordingly. Our account manager (Faith) would always provide a fast response to any query, and made sure that scripting changes were actioned as soon as possible. Able to arrange regular account meetings to provide any updates.

Since I have taken over managing the oncall rota for my engineers Sue at AllDayPA has stepped me though the process and we have streamlined and improved efficiency of this process for all parties. She has always been available, helpful, positive and solved my issues straight away! Thanks Sue

BEWARE!!!

I set up a business account with THIS awful company and left the company FOUR years ago. The sales team at no point told me that by signing the service agreement I am personally liable in case the company fails to settle it's debts. Throughout these 4 years, they consistently called me for credit control in spite of me telling them I no longer work with the company. The last few weeks, they are now saying because I signed the agreement I am personally liable for the company's debt as they have now stopped using Alldaypa. Since they couldn't get through to the company they have been harassing me EVERY DAY chasing asking ME to settle £100 debt🤬 Go elsewhere people. They are not worth it, be warned. I have signed numerous contracts with various companies on behalf of the businesses I represented, THIS is a first!!!!!!!! Just spare yourself the headache .....

I've been a customer since 2003. I think that's all you really need to know! They have been reliable for 20+ years. Any issue we may have had over the years is quickly resolved. A trusted partner to take our calls when we cannot.

Very efficient and very pleasant to work with

Previously a good company however, not anymore. The invoices seem to be fabricated, coming in at double what they normally would. Cross referencing with the emails you usually receive from them when there is a message, and the figures do not add up. Every month, were now seeing, were apparently going over our allocated minutes which cannot be true, due to the number of emails we receive. We have cancelled our contract. Greedy, scam company that has sold it's soul.

Great set up, responsive, very professional advisors.

I called 4 times on the day about an issue with my account on the 30th October. I was told that they are looking into it and will get back. No call back on the day.

I have now had an email back the next day and have since been able to discuss my issues.

Although this was useful, a call back on the day of the issue would have helped immensely in view of customer service.

I’m writing this review after just selling my company. I appointed AlldayPa 15yrs ago for handling my calls and stayed with them for 15yrs. I can highly recommend their services and quality of their call handlers that are trained to a very high standard consistently meeting our companies needs. Thanks for everything over the years. Sara

Sue has been so flexible and helpful. Anything we've asked for, she has gone above and beyond to ensure the best experience of our customers. Not only does she take constructive feedback and jump on our requests straight away, she comes up with even better suggestions to streamline our customer calls. Do just what’s needed, when it’s needed, and I’ve been a customer since 2006.

Best money ever spent, as people want to talk to people…..not leave a message after pressing any random combination of numbers.

So, they do…and they are my little back office, in my pocket, for when I can’t take the call myself.
