Our experience with All Day PA, particularly under Vicky’s management, has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of incompetence, deceit, and outright disregard for customer service exhibited by this company is astonishing.

From day one, we faced significant issues with communication and service, especially regarding the monitoring of our minutes usage. Despite our repeated requests for updates, we were consistently left in the dark. The portal, which was supposed to display our overall usage, initially showed nothing. When we sought clarification on how to monitor our minutes or receive notifications, we were given vague, dismissive answers—simply told that a monthly report would be provided. At no point were we informed that this information was accessible through the portal, further proving just how poorly this company communicates with its clients.

What’s even more egregious is the fact that despite having the capability to monitor our usage—clearly demonstrated by their eagerness to slap us with overage charges—All Day PA never bothered to notify us when we exceeded our allocated minutes. This blatant lack of transparency is nothing short of appalling.

After receiving an outrageous invoice for these overages, I sent a formal request to cancel the invoice and associated fees, citing the gross mismanagement and communication failures on their part. This was the final straw that led us to terminate our contract immediately. In this email, I explicitly asked for a prompt response to discuss the issue further, both via email and a phone call.

And how did Vicky respond? With absolute indifference. Not only did she fail to address the core issues, but her response was also pitifully inadequate. Instead of resolving the problem, All Day PA offered a credit for the next month, which was both insulting and completely ignored our clear demand for immediate cancellation.

But the nightmare didn’t end there. Once we made it clear that we wanted nothing more to do with this sham of a company, they became almost impossible to reach. They eventually refused to refund us, instead attempting to charge us for a second month of service we explicitly cancelled. To top it all off, they even tried to charge our old card for a third month—after we had cancelled everything!

All Day PA, and Vicky in particular, have shown themselves to be not just unprofessional but also outright unethical. Their business practices are deceitful, their customer service is non-existent, and their entire operation is a scam. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to run in the opposite direction. This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.

All Day PA are invaluable to us - our switchboard, message takers, and the virtual front door to all our clients. Plus they're really great people to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant, it's as simple as that. I signed up my first company with them back in 2007. Right from the start they've been great. They have saved me both time and my companies money, very cost effective indeed. On the odd occasion there was a issue their customer service was there to help in a attentive and understanding manner quickly resolving the issue raised. Great company with good prices, the only thing I would say is the PA's dont give enough info on the messages so it leaves me having to email my account manager Vicky a lot, Vicky is extremely helpful though and very efficient at answering my queries, overall a good experience so far.
