We had an issue with the registration…
We had an issue with the registration no plate for the new WAV, but Allied motors have gone over and beyond to rectify the problem and resolved this.

Ordered a wheelchair vehicle with…
Ordered a wheelchair vehicle with Allied via motability. During the demonstration the salesman said i.would have a drivers seat that swivels 180 degrees so I can transfer from wheelchair to drivers seat easily. He also said that the rear seats would fold to the sides of the van for more access space. No swivel seat and fixed rigid rear seats. There was also a tailgate fault before I took delivery of the vehicle which delayed the delivery date. When I finally took delivery from a 3rd party the van was filthy, grease stains on the roof lining, metal drill shavings in the carpets, mud prints on the dash and 1600 miles on the clock. Within hours the alarm triggered due to the boot spontaneously opening. This continued to happen every time someone unlocked their car. Obviously that fault was not fixed. Vehicle had to go back again to be repaired adding even more hundreds of miles to it. The side steps are just below 3 inches from the road when empty and 2 inches when full. they smash into every speed bump and on one occasion they hit a slightly uneven road whilst I was travelling at 60mph. Allied said they aren't responsible for the roads. In a nutshell I didn't get the vehicle that I was told I would get. The salesman lied to me to get a sale. Apparently the vehicle i have can not have the seats that were suggested during the demonstration. Funny that eh. I now have a 60k vehicle that isn't fit for my needs. I was told by the motability foundation if im not happy give it back!!! However if I do theres no guarantee I will be accepted for another one. I called Allied again today and the customer service guy said that he would look into it but I know nothing can be done going by what he said. The hard working public are paying for this scheme and its a joke. Companies just want to get sales and then wash their hands with it.

First wav vehicle and they teach you…
First wav vehicle and they teach you how to use the equipment aswell as a test drive before you make a decision but also take your motability car while they drop your wav vehicle at your door in the process very knowledgeable people 10 out of 10 will use again.

Been with Allied for over 5 years and their service has always been exemplary. Very helpful and understanding when things go wrong and swift to put things right. All contacts with everyone have been courteous and helpful.
Just got my new vehicle from Allied and the process went without a hitch and the vehicle is fantastic. Would recommend Allied every time.

My new WAV through Allied Mobility
I chose my vehicle through Allied Mobility with the help from one of their representatives, the process was very straight forward and clear, I have now just received the vehicle I chose. The man delivering the car, Andy, was very good, he showed me around the car and provided very clear and straightforward answers to my questions regarding the various controls, lighting, media and so on, and most importantly the use of the wheelchair access equipment to be used with the ramp, all very good. The paper work that followed to seal the deal was very straight forward, I am very pleased, it took in my case five weeks from the order of the car and it`s modifications to the actual delivery, great service.

The best.
When our lease renewal saw due, we had a conversation with Nick who talked us through the options. We said how our needs had changed & he was so in tune with this we made a choice of new WAV within an hour. Nick demonstrated our new choice & made sure it was fit for our needs. Everything went so smoothly from start to exchange of vehicle. We've had the new WAV for a week now & while we're still getting used to it (new gadgets etc) it's just what we need for our daughter.

Amazing company
Amazing company. Every person we had contact with was polite, compassionate and listened to what we needed. Got our car within 3 weeks (car was already in stock). Cannot fault them. Highly recommend. We would give 100 stars if we could.
