Good and great and lovely and fast experience

Scott was extremely friendly and helpful, he demonstrated how to secure me safely in my new car. He actually got my car really quick which was a god send. I can't praise him enough.

The first delivery date had to be cancelled because of a fault on the vehicle then when it was delivered we were meant to get a phone call when the driver was approximately an hour away. We didn’t get the call due to the number given to the driver being incorrect

From start to finish. Allied were superb. Will definitely stick with you.

Complete rip-off. Hired vehicle for 4 days to get my wife to my son's wedding. My wife has Parkinson's and dementia. The day before delivery my wife decided that she couldnt go to the weedding as she was so anxious but this was too late to cancel the delivery. Vehicle delivered as scheduled. I took the vehicle to my wife'e care home and back to see if she wanted to try it. She didn't (the entire trip was 12 miles). The vehicle then stayed on my drive out of the way of traffic for the remainder of the 4 day hire. Picked up at the end of the 4 days and a small scratch was noted at the time. This could easily have been there when the vehcile was delivered it was so small. I would have missed it entirely if the person picking up the vehcile hadn't picked it out. Funny that, isnlt it?

They are now trying to charge me £175 to get this repaired on top of the £600 hire fee.

My wife's mobility is declining and we will need one of these permanently at some stage. They won't be seeing any more of my money though and I would suggest they don't see any of yours either, unless you like writing blank cheques

The team at Allied Mobility have been fabulous, from helping to choose the right WAV and supporting the Motability grant for the deposit through to the friendly, helpful guy who delivered the WAV and explained all the functions again - we are very happy with the WAV and the service we've received

The experience from the demonstration to receiving the WAV was great. At the demonstration the workings of the ramp were shown to my wife and they made sure she was confident in doing it herself. The controls were explained in the vehicle before the test drive.
The order process was quick and simple under the Mobility scheme. Delivery was carried out to ensure confidence before signing for the WAV.

Accurate time frames provided, delivered on time.

Motobility and Allied made the renewal of our WAV easy. From the start of application back in June, had a home test drive end of August and delivery of our new vehicle on October 22nd. Everyone in person and on the phone has been lovely to deal with.
