Vraiment horrible le service, prise charge avec 7 minutes de retard, dès l'arrivée du chauffeur un Petit gros mot pour commencer, et arrivé à la destination chauffeur ne répond pas ''au revoir, bonne soirée'', faut vraiment revoir la politesse de votee chauffeur Toyota EL-794-TC, prendre vtc c'est beaucoup mieux!!!!

Beware. Quoted fare rose from £52 to £72 for a direct route from Ventnor to the hoverport.

Driver left his handbrake off the car when receiving payment and rolled back into another car, driver then shouted at us to get out and quickly drove away, the other driver then proceeded to shout at us like it was our fault.

I was quoted £40–£45 for a taxi through the Alpha Taxis app, but was charged £73.50 after the driver took a longer motorway route I didn’t request. Their own policy says drivers must take the shortest route unless instructed otherwise, yet I was never asked.

When I contacted Alpha support, they claimed the driver said I requested the route, which I absolutely did not, and they refused to refund the difference. Despite multiple emails and a clear explanation of what happened, they closed the case without resolving it.

Very disappointing customer service and no accountability for overcharging. I’ve now raised this with the Licensing Authority and Citizens Advice.

A l’aller et au retour hier les chauffeurs m’ont baladé de plusieurs kilomètres. Résultat plusieurs euros de plus à payer !!! Pour le premier grande balade !!! J’ai juste réussi à l’intercepter en fin de parcours il repartait en balade !!!
J’ai écrit à la société Alpha taxi c’est fini pour moi Dommage pour les chauffeurs honnêtes. Je précise que j’allais à un centre pour le cancer

Ce jour, trajet pris en charge par l'assistance Macif, prise en charge à l'aéroport CDG pour rejoindre notre domicile à Douai, notre chauffeur très courtois n'a pas voulu prendre l'autoroute....passage par Villers cotteret.... Soissons....st Quentin...cambrai et Douai en dessous des vitesses autorisées dans une vieille Toyota......
Résultat 3H00 de voyage au lieu de 1H44 par l'autoroute et 350 euros de facture pour notre assurance !

What a awful company, while we understand the chaos in Liverpool yesterday, we managed to get out the city to order a alpha taxis and promised a taxis within 30 mins waited in the pouring rain with 2 children. Taxis came but was the wrong side of the road, crossed the busy road to get to him. Told him it was us and he waved us away with his glasses and drove off (left us in the pouring rain in the dark) then called back the man was nice said he knows the driver and would let his manager know, couldn’t apologise enough and promised a taxis quicker but we had to get back to original area.. crossed the busy road again, waiting another 20 mins to be told the taxis had arrived (no taxis in sight!!) called back to be told someone had taken our taxis, what with the same name and destination us? And weird that we didn’t even see it. But they couldn’t send out another one because they were fully booked.. no chance of one at all!! we could of used that hour to try another company but trusted they would pick us up as promised. Shame on your company

Got told 10 minutes for taxi from hickory's in southport... Waited nearly an hour... Rang operator only to get sarcasm... Never again... AVOID AVOID AVOID. Will be using uber from now on.

I prepaid for my journey as always, but when I reached work, the driver demanded money and made me close the door and stay in the car. I couldn't even go into work (a few yards away) to get some cash. I had to call a work colleague to bring the money out. I checked my bank and showed the driver my payment but he didn't understand English. I called the office and they said I will have to go to a cash machine. Firstly I didn't have my bank card hence why I paid by Apple pay and I really did not want to go anywhere with that terrifying man. I have called the Police and lodged a complaint as this is totally unacceptable. How is a woman meant to be safe in todays society when even the Taxi companies are hiring monsters with no respect for women?

Absolute terrible service. Why employ people who cant speak a word of English? i dont get it!!! Just had to get out of the taxi and couldnt reach my destination because the driver didnt have a clue where he was going and i couldnt even give him directions due to the language barrier!!! Ive had to walk all the way back home, with an ongoing back issue! Alpha sort this out please!!!!

Alpha you need to have a word with your drivers and tell them to clean their taxis before picking customers up. I don't know if the drivers are also doing deliveries inbetween fares but I'm sick of getting in a taxi that smells if food it's off putting the smell is lingering on mine and my sons clothing

If you live over the water…. DONT book with alpha, their phone operators tell you the toll fee is included in the price upon booking, but the taxi drivers scam you into paying them CASH for the toll fee so it doesn’t go through the books and no one knows about it. Had enough of them all doing this to us now and wait until we’re in the taxi to then tell us to get out and find another taxi because we refuse to give them the cash for the tunnel. We have asked the phone operators on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS whether we need to pay and every single time they confirm it’s included in the overall price and no need to worry about the toll fee. But the drivers insist you pay them cash to “take you through the tunnel”… just becoming a secret way of robbing people out of extra money.

Just got a alpha home from my 75 yr old mums to my home I’m 55, taxi drive takes bus route my mum rings I mention the driver took the bus route (long route) she says ‘nightmare’ driver stops asks me do I have the money I say yes if course I have the money he demands I give him the money £10 before he drives off I give him the money as it’s dark I don’t know Kensington that well which is were we are coming from Anfield to princes gate east toxteth where I live I give him the money and had it our with him about him treating me like a thief VILE journey what has happened to are safe taxi community I am not racist but this only happens with none English drivers it leaves a bitter taste rather than an old chat like the ol days

Sollicité pour un transport conventionné domicile hôpital, une heure avant le rdv , plus de trente minutes d' attente pour me dire que personne ne viendrait alors commande d un Uber qui lui était la en moins de dix minutes ..
2 eme essai 2 jours plus tard, toujours pour un conventionné domicile hôpital, une heure avant le rdv, taxi disponible dans 10 minutes , mais après vingt minutes d' attente on me rappelle pour me dire que le taxi avait eu un incident et qu un autre taxi arriverait dans 20 minutes.. Total taxi sur place 45 minutes plus tard et arrivée à l hôpital en retard pour le rdv médical . Merci alpha taxi, je pense que ce sera le dernier appel à cette société.

A driver from Alpha stopped me from merging by driving right up behind me on the inside despite me being in front with their hand on the horn.
Then drove slowly through all the lights, stopping on the edge of the lights trapping cars in the juction despite being an empty lane in front of them.
He contiuned this behaviour through both sets of lights which resulted in multiple cars being stick in traffic, clearly Alpha employ drivers who don't care for the rules of the roads.
They were also clearly using their phone taking pictures of my car whilst driving.

A la sortie d'une opération orthopédique pour mon jeune fils qui avait eu lieu le matin même, la clinique m'a proposé vers 13h00 un taxi conventionné pour le retour à mon domicile. L'intervention chirurgicale avait eu lieu 3 heures auparavant, et mon fils était en fauteuil roulant, faute de pouvoir marcher. La clinique a déjà eu du mal à ce que la demande d'un Alpha taxi soit confirmée : il a fallu faire plusieurs fois la demande pour qu'au bout de 25 minutes, une confirmation soit enfin obtenue... Ce n'est déjà pas l'idéal quand on a un enfant qui se remet d'une anesthésie générale, et qui attend dans le hall d'une clinique, dans un fauteuil roulant... Mais ce n'est pas le pire : le taxi ne s'est pas présenté à la sortie de la clinique comme le faisaient pourtant tous les autres taxis qui venaient chercher des patients, mais un positionnement m'a été indiqué par SMS dans la rue à côté, distante de 50 m. J'ai fait signe au chauffeur, sans réaction... j'ai donc amené mon fils à l'aide du fauteuil roulant prêté par la clinique jusqu'à la voiture qui m'attendait, le chauffeur a enfin daigné sortir de sa voiture quand nous traversions la rue où il attendait passivement. J'ai dit au chauffeur que c'était vraiment difficile qu'il ne soit pas venu juste devant la clinique, ce à quoi il s'est contenté de répondre " et j'aurais fait comment s'il y avait eu des voitures derrière moi ?". Je lui ai montré les autres taxis qui s'arrêtaient devant la clinique, en lui disant que les autres le faisaient sans problème. La seule réponse que j'ai eue a été " he ben... ça commence bien...". Pas le moindre mot d'excuse, puis pas une seule aide pour monter le fauteuil roulant sur le trottoir assez haut, où le taxi s'était garé. Pas une seule aide non plus pour m'aider à installer mon fils sur la banquette arrière... Finalement, le chauffeur a cru bon me "faire la gueule" quand je lui ai dit qu'il fallait que je ramène le fauteuil roulant à la clinique, laissant seul mon jeune fils dans le taxi. Tout cela a été déplorable, et visiblement cet homme n'a rien à faire dans le transport de passagers, et encore moins pour des personnes malades... Pour couronner le tout le "reste à charge" pour moi a été proche du montant total du Uber que j'avais pris pour venir. Il est vrai que le prix total a été le double pour le retour avec ce taxi "conventionné" que le prix aller... Vraiment une compagnie de taxis à fuir, surtout si vous avez un enfant qui vient tout juste d'être opéré sous anesthésie générale, et qui ne peut pas marcher. Le chauffeur n'a à l'évidence pas sa place pour ce genre de prestations, et de façon plus générale dans toute relation humaine...
