Friendly, great communication came back to me straight away and then followed up to make sure I was happy.

Ben McLeod provided excellent support and responded to my query incredibly quickly. I wanted to find out whether our current software had the capability to send emails in a way that replies would automatically link back into the system, and Ben explained that it does. He gave clear, informative guidance on how the feature works and how we can implement it, making the whole process easy to understand.

We have been a client of Alto for seven years, but they have really stepped up their game in the last 18 months with the introduction of Alasdair Devenney and Samantha Cundall. Both of these individuals are experienced in both the Alto product and estate agency/ property management. Having real humans that you can get hold of for help rather than a bot in the corner of your screen has, in my opinion, elevated the Alto product well and truly above their competitors.

We've been using Alto since we launched our estate agency nearly four years ago, and the CRM itself has always been excellent. It's become a key part of how we run our business.

Unfortunately, until recently, the customer service hadn't matched the quality of the system. We rarely heard from anyone, and when we did reach out, communication was often slow or went unanswered. Following the recent changes relating to the Renters' Rights Act, we found ourselves paying more for features that didn't really benefit our business, and we were genuinely starting to consider moving elsewhere.

Thankfully, our new Account Manager, Fatma Kemal, completely turned that experience around. She took the time to listen to our concerns, understood the challenges we were facing as a smaller agency, and never made us feel like our business wasn't important. Rather than offering a generic response, she came back with a solution that worked for us and restored our confidence in staying with Alto.

Fatma has been proactive, approachable and genuinely focused on finding the right outcome for us. Thanks to her support, we're pleased to be continuing with Alto, a CRM we genuinely enjoy using.

We have been using ALTO for the last 18 months as a CRM system. Its been an eye opening upgrade from our last system and very user friendly. Ema Wheeler from the training team has been very helpful and is a great asset to the ALTO team.

We had a training session facilitated by Neil & Fiona. Both of them were considerate with information, took great care to explain processes an hidden details, and provided the best training session I have received on a system personally.

The system is very good and is always being updated. It helps keep you compliant and i like what it can do. The big issue is when something does go wrong the support is the worsts i have experienced. You can be waiting days for someone to get back to you.
