So easy to make payments, just answer some questions and boom payment made without all the palava.

I am disgusted with Ambrose and I have been with them a long time and love their clothes but if anything goes wrong they are absolutely useless. I have sent them two e.mails telling them my delivery has not arrived they tell me to contact Evri…..don’t make me laugh they are as bad. My contract is with you Ambrose not Evri. Find my stuff please and answer me properly please.

Very disappointed, site allowed me to order 3 items which I really looked forward to receiving, I then received an email saying my order had been cancelled as they had no stock.
Will cancel account and not shop again

Somebody had previously tried to set up a fake account in my name with J D Williams (part of the same group) which I have had to resolve but now another account has been set up for my address but with the incorrect name. Ambrose Wilson have told me that they use the electoral roll and credit agencies to verify your identification before setting up the account but how could they do this if the name was incorrect? I've contacted their 'customer service' several times but just get the same response. The only good thing they did was they didn't actually process any orders because they realised something was suspicious.

Very quick to do set up and pay payments.

Terrible customer service. I was invited to apply for a credit account and was given a £300 credit limit. I placed my order and completed all the ID checks as requested. My order status was showing as processing for more than a week then changed to cancelled. Customer services initially advised this was because my ID information had not been processed and I should start the order process again which would initiate a new ID check. When I tried to do this my credit limit had been removed. On contacting customer services again I was then told my order had been cancelled as I had failed their credit check. They could not tell me why I had been given two totally different reasons for my order being cancelled nor could they advise why I had failed a credit check after I had already been checked and given a credit limit. I really can’t waste any more time on this company and have asked them to close my account.

Paid for next day delivery took 3 days to come no explanation, I thought it was the courier, I contacted them and they told me Ambrose wilson had not released the item to them, so why take my money, when clearly they couldn't deliver the next day.

It is so difficult to make a payment with the new layout, not user friendly at all. Had to come off the app and go to website on Google to get make a payment.

Great service. Great products. Handy for ordering at Christmas time 😁

AVOID AMBROSE WILSON AND SIMPLY BE I PAID ACCOUNT THEY ENDED UP TAKING IT 3 TIMES TPLD THEM IT WILL BE BACK IN BANK 5-7 DAYS WAITED NEARLY A WEEK STILL NOT IN . ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME NEITHER THEY HAVE DONE IT BEFORE THEY DONT CARE IF YOU NEED IT OR NOT AND INTEREST RATES ARE VERY HIGH DONT BOTHER WITH THEM

Where to start Normally I read reviews and the thing that all fake but I wish I listened signed up to Ambrose Wilson got a £200 limit of CRedit been sitting there for two weeks never touched it so I thought my daughter‘s birthday is coming up I get paid at the end of the month. I might get her birthday present quicker ordered what I wanted to order. Got an email saying your order has been processed.Everything went through three hours later. I’ve got a text message saying you’re not allowed your order hasn’t been put through and we’ve cancelled your credit limit for no reason good job I don’t rely on stuff like this so I wouldn’t bother with this company. There’s better catalogues like the likes of Very little woods Fraser Plus and Argos Pay much better then this company

The description for the dressing gown states, ‘pockets for convenience’. Where are they? Mine does not have pockets.

Straight forward payment taken with issue

For the the past 3 years, I continue to setup direct debit on this account, but this company intentionally don't set it up thus causing havoc on my credit history.

They have allowed my partner to set up an account in my name and address without my permission and she used her bank account for the payments which is a totally different name to my name shes used for the account. Obviously they don't take identity theft seriously as they should of noticed the different names straight away. Now my lass as got into difficulty with receiving late payment fees for missed payments and interest rates and they're telling me i have to keep making the payments and threatening my credit score and they also said can't see any fraud on the account even though I've told them numberous times i didn't set it up . They don't seem bothered n fobbing me off so i have reported it to action fraud
