They did the work as agreed on time and provided all the certificates with their invoice.

The team (engineers and office staff) very helpful and accomadating in my emergency. Having had another company come round that miss-diagnosed the issue A Mellor got things sorted. I would use them again.

The plumber was here for about 10 minutes , the problem still continues & I felt the call-out charge was a bit high.

Amazing service. Having prev let down by 2 plumbers we didn’t think a big company would be interested in our shower unit that just needed replacing. They came to deal with my leaking radiator promptly and efficiently and resolved the problem without delay.

I’ve had Mellor for serviceing and lots of small plumbing jobs wouldn’t use any one else , from when you ring the lovely lady who answers is so helpful and easy to talk to ,they are not cheap but are very reliable always on time do a good job and are nice lads any problems they are back right away

Appointment when you want them, prompt efficient and great to deal with.

Easy to book the service, engineer polite and friendly, went straight to work and explained what he'd done. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Initial discussions with Kieran were very helpful and two options were produced for our consideration. Subsequent installation was professionally carried out. All paperwork was promptly sent and clear. I'm reserving the 5th star for our experience over the next year or so!
