We use this company for annual boiler maintenance. Our annual service was due on 03.08.2026 and a carbon monoxide leak was discovered. Our boiler was exactly 13 years old, so the here and now decision was made to replace it. Less than 24 hours later the new replacement boiler was installed.
The two installation guys are a credit to their company. Thank you Mick W and Finlay for going way beyond our hopes and expectations.
Astonishing to discover this quality of supply and service in this day and age. Highly, highly recommended.

They're the only company to look after my gas boiler since it's first service in 2018. Think that says it all ! From booking to service done the process is easy and all staff very friendly and helpful. Good price too.

M&R sent an engineer to assess our requirements and offered great suggestions and guidance as we planned our heating arrangements for our new kitchen area.
The work was performed professionally, and their engineers took every precaution to prevent damage, or unnecessary dirt, in our home.
You could sum their work as prompt and professional.

From the plumber arriving, too him leaving, everything was efficient and well organised. Pipes bent with care and skill, which look really neat, tidy and professionally fitted. And after testing everything was working as it should, he cleaned the area and left it with nothing out of place. We have used M & R before and it was good to see their standards haven't dropped, will certainly use them again it we need to. We would recommend them without hesitation, great guys and a great work ethic, very pleased is an understatement.

Didn't finally use their service as their system have problems and reply me after 30 days. With this customer service I got after 30 days reply is not what call efficient.

Great company, did some emergency pipework in my new kitchen, I wanted a section of old pipework redoing so it fitted neatly behind my new units, they came out the same day to do first fix and came back once I had my cabinets in, great experience and a fantastic team, very friendly and professional.

A company and it's staff always helpful and try to do the best for you, came out to do an insurance quote and were very knowledgeable and helpful, tried to make things as easy as possible which I appreciate as I'm.disabled . I would highly recommend them.

This company is very professional right from the minute they answer the phone. They ask many questions to fully understand the problem then advise when they will be able to send some one out to look at the problem. They advise all the costs upfront so you are not hit with any surprises. The engineers turn up as arranged and again are very professional and clean up after they have made the repair. They explain exactly what they have done and what the cause of the problem was. Have used before and would definitely recommend and use again.
