Such a good product we had to get another one
The ordering experience was great. It was faster than expected and shipped perfectly. We bought this is our second one and the first one we’ve had for a couple years and it’s been amazing and so we needed a second one for our new puppy and so we had to get this again these are just great. We do put in a memory foam base to them, but our dogs love them. We are out and about in the mall time and have not had an issue.

Wrong product description
The description clearly says that this gazebo top fits model # 01-0870 which is what I have. It does not fit. It's a couple of inches too small and cannot be used. Also, the attaching hardware is wrong.

Finial did not fit (screw smaller than fitting). Two of the Velcro attachments were both female, instructions cumbersome, did not have screws that matched instructions (had Y screws yet instructions did not call for them and we were short on X screws

I like the lawn chair.
I like the lawn chair, the style and color. I wish it didn’t sit so low, but all lawn chairs do. Sort of hard to get up and out of it because I am older.

I'm disabled and this chair fit perfectly in our RV. It's so handy for getting up and moving around our trailer. It came just in time for our family reunion. We're thinking of purchasing another kind of chair for my husband before hunting season. Very comfortable and we can use it with our generator.

Difficult to assemble even though we hired an installer. Also, a plastic piece broke off from the crank assembly. We are awaiting a replacement part from you.
