Pergola arrived quickly and no issues with set up. Price was affordable on Aosom, pergola sold elsewhere much more expensive. Would definitely use Aosom again.

Ordered 2 chairs. One went together great and the second one didn’t fit together right and had a stripped bolt. Waste of time. Will be returning both chairs.

I’m happy overall with my purchase, though the lounge chairs have a 160lb weight limit, which won’t hold an average sized adult. Good thing I’m a small woman! Probably should have read the description before my purchase. The rocker is sturdy and cushions are very comfy.

worse customer service ever
this is the worst company I dealt with I bought a tent for my store opening as a giveaway and if people like it I would stock it had it sent to my house and fed ex broke the label and changed labels twice put the wrong zip code I call Aosom and customer service is horrible no resolution they just read of a script I will mot purchase anything else from this company or will not recommend to any of my friends

I really like the product it was a pain…
I really like the product it was a pain to put together and the cushions keep coming off they don't stay on thinking about zip ties. I thought it opened up for storage you can put it over things to store it.

We received the pup tent within a…
We received the pup tent within a weeks time. The tent is made of very a durable tarp with sturdy rods to hold it up. It survived and still standing after a downpour. Highly recommend this item to everyone.

These chairs are impossible to put together. The directions are terrible. If we can’t do it on the 3rd try they are going back.
