Issue with Blind support twisting …
Have had 2 sets of conservatory blinds from company over the years . My new set have an issue with twisting due to the white rectangle support in the bottom corners of the blinds moving. My previous blinds had different supports held by 2 screws to hold in place and never had any issues whereas my new ones are only held by one. This clearly is not strong enough to hold the blind and defect in new design. On contacting customer services I have been told I would need to pay a call-out fee of a minimum of £149 which I feel is totally wrong as this fault is beyond my control and a defective design. I therefore feel unhappy with the customer service afforded to us.

Apex blinds
Difficult to install the hub do to the wall insulation but Paul persevered and was very patient as the hub kept trying to connect to another wi fi. He got there in the end and the blinds look lovely.

Great company
My installer, Julian, did an amazing job installing a door insect screen and a window insect screen.
He was friendly, efficient and professional. I’m very glad I chose this company.
10 out of 10. I definitely recommend.

Still having problems with blinds…
Still having problems with blinds fitted back in November 2025 . Company ignoring my recent request to fix the problem. They just post a comment to say “ sorry to hear you are having problems we have passed your enquiry on to our sales team”. I am escalating to Trading Standards now. More like Appalling Shading .

Fantastic fly screens
I have had my fly screens and blinds for several months now so this is my second review. During this time of very hot weather the fly screens in my bedroom under the eaves have really been fantastic. I have had my windows wide open all day and night, and with the blind down too, the bedroom has remained cool at all times and kept all flying creatures out.
