I do not normally leave reviews (whether good or bad) but I just felt that I could not let this go. On Wednesday August 25, around the late afternoon hours, I was at the Ardene located at Cornwall Mall in Regina. After picking up the stuff I wanted, I went up to the front to pay. What I found most annoying is the fact that the lady I went up to to pay for what I had, called another lady who was away from her station (and whose station was located at the other end away from the lady I initially went up to) to come attend to me while the lady I initially went to just stood there even though there was no other customer to attend to. What I got from that was that she wasn't ready to deal with me, and I find that very rude and discriminatory. I initially loved the prices that Ardene had but after that experience, I will never step my foot in that store ever again.

So, on july 14 i visit ardene near trinity common around 7:35 and the store closed at 8. We were waiting in the line exactly around 7:50 manager on duty came and told us the store is closed . We try to explain her that i have still 10 minutes you are not allowed to do that. She said do whatever you want to do i am manager on duty i ask her to give me her name . She said i dont need to call customer service nobody is able to do anything. We are about 4 customers outside and she shuts the door. When i was leaving she came to me and started yelling.
So unprofessional behaviour ever see.

usually, their items break down within about 2-6 months. I have bought multiple bags and clothing items and the straps break, seams rip, everything. Im getting irritated as well because the sizing charts for certain things is soooo hard to figure out and it takes me forever to size right. I mean the clothings cute, i would rather buy the items as a pattern for me to make items instead of buying them and using them :\

I love these clothes but this has happened where I ordered only one quantity of this item and I get two of them it happened with scrunchies and two different shirts no hate just thought I would let you know

Stealing money. They charged me for an item that they didn't have anymore. However it was available on the website.

I bought just two times on the Ardene website and both of the orders I have problems with. The second time I decided to give them a chance but I got a headache again. A good advice, don't buy from them anymore. I learned my lesson.

Ardene stole my money! I ordered almost $200 worth of items online, never received a confirmation email or tracking number as it was indicated I would get one via email. I waited over a week to get a response from customer service to tell me that my package could not be delivered so it was returned and that a refund had been processed. The website is trash and shows zero useful information about my order status. I never got a refund nor did Canada post ever attempt to deliver my order. I don’t want a refund..I want my stuff!! Which is weird because I have a mail box and live in Urban Ontario. So many lies from this company...major scammers. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Cheap prices yes but the quality and service is even cheaper. They don't allow returns of the swim top which is weird but allow the swim bottoms to be returned. My skin also got itchy after trying on swim top. They use very bad materials, possibly from used clothing. They also don't allow refunds, but only store credit if you bring an online return to the store. The person also made mistakes with returning and wasted so much of my time. I also received dirty clothes, with marks and ones with tag missing that looks worn. Will not but from here again.

Hi, I tried ordering online a couple of times on my iPad using different browsers and I click to pay using Afterpay it does not go to the site . I wrote them and they said use google chrome . I have laptop but it’s not in great shape and they say you can order on other devices it don’t work . I want use Afterpay which they accept and I am good with Afterpay still have a credit limit . I bought something on Pandora no problem and when I try to order at Pandora again it accepts but I did not put a another order with Pandora just wanted to check . It’s the Ardene site and I am in Canada . It sucks . Ardene gives me the ring wrong there website is fine .

I would rate - star if it has option.

I ordered last summer and had a terrible experience. It was almost one month after I placed the order that I received it. Decided to take other chance and my order was shipped from them within 1 day! Have high hopes - will update when received :)

Have received them - Very fast shipping much better service experience than last time. In terms of the clothes, two of the three are pretty nice. I will say the sizing is super weird. I ordered two shirts in a large and one medium. They all fit pretty well. The medium is a big bigger than expected but that’s just how it is. I am a fairly small human being but keep in mind their sizes are outrageously small. Overall 7/10 experience!

Ordered a picture frame. It arrived with the glass broken into little pieces. Why on earth would you send a picture frame in a bag and not in a box? Seriously not impressed and I just wasted money on something I had to throw in the garbage. I would give zero stars if I could.

I am a Huge fan of Ardene. I am a VIP member and have been for years. I have Never write a review however, today is different. I ordered my online purchase precisely so as to receive my buy one get one for 1$. After the transaction was complete they removed my 1$ item I was looking forward to. When the package arrived I was also very Alarmed and repulsed by the smell of the garments. It was as if they were shipped in garlic. The clothes have been in my closet a week sprayed with expensive perfume and still wreak of garlic. One of the best things is the smell of your new clothes and you totally dropped the ball. My $200 purchase, during lockdown, I was looking forward to. I was a let down. This is Not the Ardene.ca I knew to love.

I have tried countless times to give them a pass.
However over 7 years now, I can tell you shipping is awful. It literally takes a week or more them to do anything beyond creating a shipping label.
I find I also get better value and quality elsewhere. I literally only shop here if there are major discounts and for basics.

This is to inform you all that, I bought 4 hoodies on 17th March 2021 at 18:00 PM from Ardene- Riocan Merivale Place (13) 1651 Merivale Road S.E Nepean, On K2G 3K2- 613 693 1571 Ottawa. Store: 222, Trans: 80030, Cashier: 68168. The question is my daughter worn it only once, and the hoodie got lots of threads on its sleeves and back. I came to the store again and ask for a return for two hoddies. The Manager was pretty rude to me Cashier no: 71773. When I got there she is forcing me to sanitize my hand with their sanitizer, I said I have my sanitizer with me, I also said that I have a problem using different chemicals, but she was stubborn, then she came to the cash counter to serve me especially because she has to give me some hard time. That's exactly what was happening, she refused to return one hoodie because of the threads, I said that's why I am here, I bought it two days ago and I paid you the amount you asked, and I am getting bad quality materials. I request her to return it, please. She said no, I asked her to give me the manager’s name, some contact and support email address to speak with her about this situation, she said I am the manager. I said ok, can I get your name, please. She rudely said to me, I am not passing my personal information. However, at the time of the refund, she asked me my complete name, I said the same thing why should I give you my personal information. The only thing I am telling you that she wasn't supposed to deal with your customers like that, very unethical, unqualified and unprofessional. Anyway, long story short, I want you to return this hoodie, because of the bad quality stuff you sold it to me, and refund me asap. I am requesting you to take the necessary action against that manager, her frustration comes out to your customers without any reason. Hopefully, you will find the solution. I sent all the documents, which are related to this case. Very unsatisfactory

The only Ardene gets 2 stars is because I've gotten beautiful earrings from them, but that was a decade ago anyways. They have crap for products nowadays. Every Ardene I've been to seems to have morons as workers, usually stupid teenage females who stand around eavesdropping on your convos with your family and stare at you. Like, do what you're paid to do and either offer real help, or turn your ugly head away instead of prying. Seriously? Are they not paid enough to care? I've gotten very rude 'service' as well, with one cashier telling me one thing about the return policy, and then another rude cashier telling me the opposite and not accepting my return. Very freaky. As it is, I would still have shopped there if they had worthy products, but they have nothing to offer but BS. You want printed leggings? Go to Just Cozy, where they have good sales and a huge variety and great quality too. You want jewelry? Ardene has crap for jewelry now. You want cute clothes? They only have tank tops and other flimsy, skimpy stuff here. Useless place, useless hired people.

I'm surprised to see bad reviews. I order from Ardene all the time and have always had good experiences. Shipping delays would not be their issue - but the delivery company. Sometimes there is a processing delay - I have missed out on a few items, but this happens with high popularity. I love the softness of their clothes and the VIP discount and frequent sales are great.

Love love love shopping online at there website . Always find great deals/sales and the styles are always up to date and cute . I order a few times a month . I just can't get enough ! (There surprise bags are the best deal also ) always receive my orders quick and easy . And customer service reps are always there to help quickly whenever I have questions :) over all great experience every time .

Good quality. Good styles. Good prices.
