I spent over 600 dollars on clothing here! Unfortunately it takes far more than usual for them to even send! There are a lot of other clothing stores that are much cheaper and faster! Save your money and go where they value your business!
It took a while to ship however my package did arrive on time as stated on the tracking with Canada post. I only buy during sales and with ardene you get what you get. Cheap quality. So don’t expect anything to last long as long as you know what you’re getting into ;)
My order took a week to even process. Within that week the leggings that I ordered to match a top went out of stock so I'm receiving half of an outfit that I ordered. The advertised lead time is 3 business days and it is absolutely the furthest from the truth. Never order from there again.
I wish I could give them negative stars. God what an awful company!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Please I’m begging everyone, do NOT shop there. And they have morons doing “customer service “
I ordered stuff offline and tried to add more items so I could receive free shipping. I contacted customer support right away but it took them 3 days to get back to me by that time my items were already shipped and they said that theres nothing they could do. If they didnt take so long to answer me back or if they had the option of cancelling your order I couldve received the free shipping. Also the items were not good quality. I prefer shopping in the store than online. Not sure if I'll be shopping there again in the future.
I made on an order on December 6th only because I was "Guaranteed 2 day shipping" for a small shipping fee. I thought what the heck, I needed to finish up my Christmas shopping. May as well do it safely from my home. I paid for the order, anticipated the few days wait, only to be disappointed. Tracking number has nothing noted past the 10th, CP has no idea where it is and Ardenes is passing the buck. I don't care anymore I just want my money back. You already messed up my Christmas surprise, I don't even want the items anymore.

i made a Christmas order December 9th, and was told if i paid $15.00 extra they would have it shipped out in 2 days and my order was due to arrive December 18th so i paid the fee. turns out they lie, my package was only shipped out December 20th and when i first inquired, Ardenes told me that it was Canada Post's fault and they should refund the $15.00
so i went to Canada Post and they assured me that Ardenes charged the fee, which has nothing to do with CP and that they have to refund me. i have messaged Ardenes and they refuse to help me. my order is still not in and it is December 28th. only now do they tell me that they are 2-3 weeks behind. this is wrong. first of all this should of been presented to me at time of booking. not 3 weeks later. 2nd passing me off is disgusting. 3rd your customer service is terrible. i will be emailing everyday and i will post everything you lie about until i get this resolved. shame on you for lying to people
I ordered stuff since Black Friday sales and it was out for delivery then it got delayed now I still haven’t received my package everyday it’s showing a new date that it’s in transit.
truly horrible customer service. even their online system of ordering is terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes and a few masks but my bills was for 3 pairs of shoes and double the number of masks that I ordered. I immediately sent an email to customer service, probably an hour or maybe less after I placed my order. they replied only 2 days after my order was shipped just to tell me that they can't modify it anymore coz it was shipped. obviously it was shipped coz they replied after 5 days. they are practically useless. I have all the emails to prove it.
I used to get clothes from here all the time. Buying in store is good, but buying online is terrible. I received the wrong item and in the wrong size. There is no customer service, I never got a response back to my email.
During the pandemic I chose not to venture out unnecessary. My daughter bought pants from this store and even with the receipt, tags on and in the original bag they refused a refund because it was passed the 30 days. I said I understand, I don't actually want the cash - store credit is fine with me. Still said there is nothing they can do. So an item that was less than $20 lost any future purchases from us.
Horrible customer service with online ordering, crazy long delivery times and cheap, crappy clothing that pills and falls apart extremely quickly. My most recent order included a track suit which you had to order separately, hoodie and joggers. They shipped the joggers and told me that the hoodie is out of stock, the whole point was to have a matching set. THIS WAS MY FINAL ORDER from Ardene. So disappointed with the response from Customer Service. I would rather order better quality clothing from Fashion Nova.
I recently bought from Ardene and I had rather good quality clothing and was pretty content , i'm assuming that with the current situation delivery isn't as great.But when I orderd it was 3 weeks long -_- hit and miss
NOPE. Just don’t even try to order online. They are a joke. Every time I order something online, they take so long to process and things I order go out of stock and I don’t end up getting them. Sick of their crap. Don’t waste your time

This is the second time in about a month that I purchased from Ardene and I am very, but very satisfied. I ordered November 7th and receveived my order on the 10th of November. Very fast delivery and all I ordered is totally perfect (size Small). I just don't understand the bad advise from other people.
Will eventually buy again from Ardène Montréal.
I love my in-store experiences but the sizes are out of control! I ordered size seven pants (knowing they aren't my usual size and would fit incredibly snug) and I actually had to size down. Got the fives and they're still baggy! I'm not thin by any means and am extremely disappointed with the vanity sizing happening here. Also, junior sizes are typically cut with less curves and these jeans all have super thick thighs that are out of proportion with the rest of the jean. What the hell is going on?

I have ordered from Ardenes Canada, since covid shut down in March and including this last order that arrived today :), approximately 4-5 times. I am SUPER impressed with their sizing, their comfort (shoes and boots) and the quality of product for the price. Not to forget that all items were shipped very quickly...i am officially a dedicated customer and highly recommend them!
