Awful service.
Ordered a 5 piece wok set as a Christmas present. It arrived in time for Christmas but they sent a grill square pan instead. Not what I ordered at all. Checked my order to make sure I ordered the right thing - which I did.
Will now have to go to the shops elsewhere and try get one before Christmas.
Absolute waste of time. Wouldn’t bother again.

Would just like to add I did call on Thursday once I received the wrong item and Ellie was very helpful and apologetic. She was very understanding of the situation and had the patience of a saint. She replied to emails promptly.
I returned the item Friday and received the full refund yesterday (Saturday). Very good customer service from Ellie but I did opt for the refund as I wanted to get the right thing in time for Christmas. (Added the extra star for Ellie helping so quickly and efficiently).

Terrible experience. Customer care is absolutely terrible. Placed an order on 9th of December to have it for christmas. Got a confirmation of shipping but the courier has not received the parcel when I track it. The customer care is terrible and cannot tell me where the parcel is and tries to blame it on the courier even though they sent a flase shipping confirmation email. They will not guarantee it will be even dispatched before christmas, not mind delivered. I spent a lot of money on this order and am left in the dark now as to whether I will have it or not. Never again.

Placed an order on 29th November for click and collect. No order update almost 2 and a half weeks later. Customer service give the same line each time I contact them, that it will be delivered the next day. They can't even tell me where the order is or if it will be here on time for Christmas. Will never shop with them again. UPDATE: I have cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. Arnotts are saying they will only refund part of the order until they find out where it is. Absolutely disgraceful. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’m disappointed with Arnotts online shopping now I have to say.

I ordered two radios. Roberts radios.
I didn’t mind that there was a long delay at all as you would expect that at this time of the year. Mind you, I received all other items from other online companies on schedule.

But to receive the radios wrapped in black bin liner and brown tape with no protective wrapping, just their own thin boxes, not even bubble wrap of any kind around the boxes.

They may as well of sling shot them over to my house. No care in the packaging at all. Shocking.

I’ll be very lucky if they even turn on.
That will be another review I bet.

This year I've done all my shopping online using Irish retailers. Only one of who has let me down, Arnotts. I placed an order 6 days ago, I received an immediate email informing me that shipping details would follow. That has yet to happen. The items are still not sorted for posting. The AI bot on the customer service chat forum put me in contact with a live agent, the live agent just repeated the same phrase, which blamed the delay on a black Friday surge in custom causing a small issue. No guarantee could be given that the order would be processed, and an offer of a refund was made. This was my first online purchase this Christmas, the others I made were subsequent to it, all of which are done, delivered, wrapped and under the tree. I'm going to respectfully suggest black Friday was a busy time for all my Irish suppliers of Christmas gifts. 6 days to process an order is not a small issue methinks.

Terrible delivery service , I have been waiting well over the time frame I was given for my order to arrive and when I contact Arnotts they can’t give me an answer to where it is. Will never shop with this company again

Quality products at good prices but it's their after sales service that sets them apart from the others. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Received an item with a broken piece, got a speedy response. Issue resolved very quickly, with the help of an actual professional customer service person. Great experience.

Last week I was looking for a jacket to match a dress I had bought there for a wedding and had the good fortune to be helped by Sandra . She went beyond any help I was expecting, finding different types she thought would be a good fit for me. Her customer service and personal kindness was exceptional. I was very grateful for all her help with changing the dress size for a better fit and finding a lovely little jacket to match. I would highly recommend Sandra and Arnotts to anyone. The service I received from a gentleman called Keith and a lady called Bernie in the bed linen department on 25/10/2025 was exemplary and I can not praise their assistance enough.
Keith was amazing by helping retrieve my Wonder card which had a large amount of money on it and this allowed me to purchase exactly what I wanted.
Thank you Keith and also the Bernie who helped an elderly lady make my purchases easier to carry.

I mistakenly ordered a duvet instead of a matress topper online. I brought the duvet back to the shop with the online delivery form and without hesitation the man I dealt with walked me down and showed me the matress topper , brought it up to the desk and did the exchange in 5 minutes. The matress topper was €10 less than the duvet and he gave me a €10 gift card. Great service
