The 4 Nobel champagne flutes are beautiful and I couldn't be happier with my purchase to add to the six I received for my 50th birthday in year 2000. The shipping, on the other hand, was a debacle that is hard to understand. The flutes were addressed and shipped to Dalton, Florida, USA but should have shipped to my home in Dalton, Pennsylvania. Fortunately Fedex was able to recover the mislabeled package in Naples, FL and reship to my correct address in PA. All is well now, but the poor rating reflects the careless customer service at ArtGlassVista.

Really easy to order and navigate the website. Delivery arrived within days and was securely packaged. Very happy with my purchases. Just wish there were more colours available and I will be hoping to purchase further glass wear in the future.

Mixed ... the vase arrived promptly and well packed though the actual box of the vase was quite dirty. It is a gift so if it had been sent direct I would have been very embarrassed.
I am disappointed with the large Fidji vase itself as the colours in the photos are much more vibrant. I put it against a white background and still the colours are quite dull. The top is different to the vase is the photo. I was so shocked of how different the vase was that I checked the code online and on the box. They are the same. So I am now considering sending it back :(
I have a similar Kosta Boda vase which is about 10 yrs old, which I know my friend likes hence me buying this one for her but the glass colours are disappointingly dull. Nothing like the photos.
