The order was processed and shipped so quickly. My sister received the item and is bringing the cutlery to Canada for me. You can’t buy such excellent quality cutlery in Canada and I wanted to update my Rattail set which is timeless.

I sent them to my son, he makes lot's of soups from scratch
So I haven't seen them yet
I have to tell you though that he loves themx exactly what he wanted!
He likes the weight and style.

Teddy bear music box for our baby broke within 1 month. It fell off a bed onto the floor, one time. I asked for a replacement as an item aimed at young children shouldn't be so ridiculously fragile. Wrote to support and they said just buy a new one?! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The Kings (made in Sheffield version) has a really solid feel and a brilliant finish. Excellent balance to them.
Great value for quality that will last.
The customer service is superb too (Penny particularly).
Delighted with our cutlery and especially that it’s made in Sheffield.

Great company to work with. Called to get septic pumped. Told me next day after lunch. They showed up next day at 12:30 and did a fantastic job.

We have had an Arthur Price cutlery set for a while now and love it. Just recently, some of the knives were showing minor corrosion near to the teeth. We contacted Arthur Price who arranged for them all to be replaced very promptly. Great communication with the company and great service

We paid a lot for a large set of their Old English cutlery, looked really nice at first, but we soon found that the platingcwas very soft and developed deep scratches on the spoons which look awful. We have previously owned Viners and these after 20 years look better than the Arthur Price after 6 months.

My experience gave me back faith in kindness and good service. I sent a silver plated spoon (some 40 years old) to Arthur Price and asked for advice on staining. By the first business day after my request, a representative telephoned me to explain the issue, advise that it had been resolved, and the spoon would be returned to me with complimentary polish. All for no charge (and this was not a guarantee issue given the age of the spoon). Bravo Arthur Price.

Pretty awful quality of the cutlery. About 10 years ago I bought and immediately returned a cutlery set from one of the cheaper ranges. The knives were all bent, not some accidental fault, clearly a manufacturing issue. A few days back I bought middle prices forks and knives. I needed a particular design and didn't have any other choice but Arthur Price. The knives were all out of line again. Had to return and cut back on my design expectations. I don't understand how this business still exists. It shouldn't.

Bought two sets of Arthur Price Conran cutlery sets at TKMax.
Beautiful set to look at......only after the first time coming out of the dishwasher they are a lot of rust in them. The rest of the cutlery are fine ( viners make)They weren't cheap eather.
I do blame myself for not reading the reviews first. Contacted the customer service via email and not a single response. Never again.

I purchased what I thought were 2 luxurious cutlery sets with a 50-year guarantee which seemed to be a safe option, however, after only 3 months of use the knives have rusted and have large chunks missing from them! I have contacted customer services but have not been responded to at all. Not happy at all! Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed out of hundreds of pounds also!

Very expensive and after a few uses of not the whole set 3 of the knives have gone rusty in this "stainless steel" "dishwasher safe" canteen
I've already done a review and also sent a video and a complaint in Facebook and had NO RESPONSE

Fair play & outstanding customer service are sadly a rare thing these days. Today however Arthur Price were a shining example & a happy reminder of just how good a customer journey can be. Expert & courteous service at the Boundary Mill Colne store followed by fast, fair & effective follow up by James Price & Martin Bell. The 'Sophie Conran Rivelin' cutlery is beautiful to look at and a pleasure to use. Really great job - thank you.

Today I hat the experience of contacting sale / customer service plus a young lady from the factory shop.
When I saw the poor reviews posted I felt I had write one on my own experience.
Both young ladies could not have been more helpful.
My order was only a small one but they went to great lengths to help me.
