Popped to Earls Park to enquire about a couple of houses I’d seen online Louise and Leah were both super helpful and answered all of my many questions. Louise even took me round one of the houses at short notice. Very helpful and friendly

Worst purchase ever made.

Lived in constant hell for nearly two years due to shoddy construction and noise flanking.

Imagine being woken up every morning by hearing neighbours children running at 6am. Or not being able to sleep because of them running about at 12am.

Imagine being in your home and you hear people running up the stairs and believing someone has got into your home. You're constantly on edge and terrified to let your guard down.

Still waiting for a test to be done as per email from Avant which they're now declining to do.

They're only bothered about getting the survey completed. That's it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – A Fantastic Experience with Avant Homes!

I recently purchased a new build home with Avant Homes at Oakview Quarter in Great Eccleston, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the beautiful home they’ve created.

From the initial reservation through to completion, the team have been friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, particularly when working towards important deadlines, but I really appreciated the effort everyone made to keep things moving and ensure everything came together.

I’d especially like to thank Neenagh, Lisa and Abi for their help, patience and support throughout the process. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and want them to be happy in their new homes.

I’m absolutely delighted with the quality, design and finish of my new home. Avant offer something a little different from the typical new build, with lovely contemporary features and thoughtful touches that make their homes feel special. They tailored the kitchen and bathrooms tiling etc to my liking too which is such a nice touch.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, including the site team, for all their hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avant Homes to anyone considering buying a new build property. I’m really looking forward to settling into my new home!

Rhianne at The Avenue has been excellent in guiding us on the journey to Completion, even though she joined the sales team midway through. Rhianne has kept us informed throughout the process with regular updates and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
We were quite detailed in our electrical options, Rhianne took the time to transfer these requirements onto the appropriate plans, Rhianne subsequently had no issues in making a couple of changes to ensure everything met our requirements.
As we approach Completion Rhianne has explained what will be happening when and even arranged a meeting with Mick, the Site Manager, to ensure in advance that our Options are as specified.
Thank You Rhianne for being so welcoming and making a stressful time so much easier.

I cannot praise Rhianne from Avant Homes (The Avenue, Acklam) highly enough. From my very first enquiry through to purchasing my new home, she has been absolutely outstanding.

Been at Earls park Avant homes and just wow. Louise a fantastic funny and very helpful person she explained everything about absolutely anything. Show us around few houses and all. I would be very happy to get a house from them and it was a pleasure to meet Louise. She brightened our days up!

I popped into Earls Park completely on the off chance and Louise was so helpful!! The house type we are interested in isn't available yet and Louise was not a 'pushy' sales woman she understood my families needs for a house and respected that the search for a house in the area was a challenge! thankyou for not trying to force me into buying a property and I would recommend chatting to louise at earls park to help find what you are looking for!

I would like to leave feedback for Cheryl Fisher who helped me on buying my property at Avant Homes JG. I was buying the 2 bed property myself and Cheryl made the whole process of buying the property very easy. She explained the steps involved to me clearly and ensured I understood the process. Cheryl resolved an issue for me very quickly and I was given an excellent incentive to resolve the issue I encountered. I was able to pop into the sales office regularly as the build progressed to have an informal chat with Cheryl who made me feel very welcome. Cheryl provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process which really helped to make the process as easy as possible for me especially when buying a property myself. 10/10 excellent customer service.

Dylan from Sheltone Park was the most helpful and informative Sales Advisor we could’ve wished for. Throughout the process he has kept us up to date with weekly updates regarding progress on our house, he explained every query we had with great attention to detail and has gone above and beyond to make our first home buying experience wonderful.

Ruby and Sarah have both been great throughout our reservation of the property. They have been so helpful and worked so hard to achieve it for us. Both are a credit to avant homes!

What really impressed me was their willingness to go the extra mile. They shared additional quality-related information beyond what was initially provided, answered my questions thoroughly, and gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed throughout the process.
A special mention to Louise, who is basically a living Google Earth! 😂 She seems to know every little detail about the area and can give you information that even Google Maps might struggle to find!
