Received my pillows today and the craftsmanship is superb! The delivery was also so fast I'm honestly blown away. I can't comment on how comfortable these are but they're definitely deep filled and look luxurious. Added bonus of them being made in the UK. I'm really impressed and will definitely be returning for other products in the future.

We have had our pillows 2 years now, they still hold their bounce they are super easy to wash as they have the pillow protectors included. I would definitely say they helped my neck issue.. they (for me) have just the right amount of firmness and comfort, I am looking to purchase two more the price has risen a considerable amount but i will definitely be choosing this brand.. because I know it’s a brand I can trust. I really am very happy with our aviator memory foam pillows. Can you tell??? :)

Ordered wedge pillow online. Failed to deliver. Failed to provide tracking information. See how long CC refund takes.
Update - CC refund obtained in 2 days. Courier failure resulted in offer of product free, if delivered. Will give it a couple of weeks and try and reorder.

We wanted a pillow to help me fall off to sleep, to stop my legs splaying when I did nod off! They had no such pillow. They went the extra mile and designed and produced a non stock item which has been wonderful for my sciatica! Believe it or not, they even made it and shipped it to me for free - refused to accept any payment when I asked them for a price.

I have disabilities, so was pleased to come across the reading/ computer cushion. I thought it was really hard for the bones in my back (as they stick out @ different places), I contacted the company direct. The gentleman was very nice to me, said I was to empty the foam filling & save it until I needed it. I was given a wedge pillow for my legs, material is very soft & smooth
Extremely happy to come across this company so much. With contacting the company directly they are listening & understanding my disability & ways to help their company with other people's needs ❤️

Ordered 2 pillows and 1 adjustable wedge pillow. Arrived next day and packaged amazingly. Super comfortable pillows. Definitely recommend Aviiator. Thank you

I have bought two Aviiator memory foam mattress toppers. Lovely, steady and comfortable topper. Service was brilliant, specially Leeds branch, who dealt with my queries very efficiently. I have bought now memory foam pillows too and can't wait for the arrival!

Bought a reading pillow from the kiosk in Lakeside shopping centre and its great, the service however was terrible from start to finish. Spoke to the worker in the morning and was told they have the pillow in stock at the kiosk, when I came back that afternoon was told by the same worker that they never keep them in stock there but can have them delivered next day to my home, having stock was a pointless lie but it wasn't a big issue so I placed an order for next day delivery. Despite giving my address the item was sent to a collection shop two days later with a text from the courier service to inform me. Wouldn't use these again, can get a similar item for a similar price with less lying and run around from John Lewis.

I wanted a bed wedge that was tough enough i wouldn't squish half way through it, yet comfortable enough. I found it with Aviiator! It's great to have because i can sit up in bed reading, put the electric blanket on in winter and save incredibly on my heating bills. Superb customer service too and i wholly reccomend Aviiator.
