Raffine Kobe-TorRoad 5/5
I've been to the Raffine Kobe-TorRoad in Sannomiya twice and it has always been very delightful and a great experience. Staff members are welcoming, and lovely people. I usually get a hair cut, with a straight-perm and a hair dye by Mai. I've tried their head-spa treatments once before and it's very relaxing especially the day after a long haul flight. It's easy to book an appointment and I will get a reply within the next working day via email to confirm my booking. Payment is always collected on the day after the session. The location is very convenient and easy to find, it's about a 10 min walk from Sannomiya Station and only about 5 mins from Motomachi Station, you'll find pink signs telling you to go upstairs so you can't really miss it. Most staff members don't speak a lot of English but as long as you know some Japanese you will be perfectly fine as everyone is SO FRIENDLY. I've had amazing results every time, they help transform my unruly frizzy hair to beautiful and shiny hair that lasts for a very long time (about 10 months). I was planning to revisit again this year May but unfortunately my entire holiday was cancelled due to the pandemic. Next time, I will definitely return here again....and get my 3rd stamp on my members card! Also the prices are decent and everything is 5/5.
