Julie was so helpful and enthusiastic about the personalisation I wanted on my Teddy for my godchilds 1st birthday. She took the time to send me pictures of the personalisation I wanted and I got to pick the one I liked the best. Sweet delivery too! Best part, she even put in a little packet of jellies with my purchase. Fabulous touch! Will purchase again for sure!
