Very disappointing experience with Bajaj Finserv. I would not recommend their services. When I tried to close my loan early, I was surprised by the additional costs, which were never clearly communicated upfront.

Please never take any loans with Bajaj company. Worst company I have ever seen !!! Save your money dont fall for their trap or false promises!!!

One of Staff from Bajaj finance name irfan from Kolkata division, I have asked him for get approval on personal loan, he said first you make life insurance through me then I will make the approval from loan department after that he applied for life insurance policy for my wife and son, it was successfully done
Right after next day I called him irfan told he set the verification call for loan
The verification call has been done.
After that call again I called him said when my loan get sanction so he said one more final verification call will be done after that you will get disbursement of loan amount.
But unfortunately it was not done
Beside he took my insurance policy amount. Till now his number is switched off.

Absolute fraud company. Guys please contact your bank for Loan but never from this company. As the selling agent are of third party they are not on roll of bajaj finance , they make false promise and after disbursal they stop picking your phone. Even if you escalate to Wecare you dont get reply ,there only focus is to sell anyhow and forget.

more than 5 calls in a day. hard sales. no matter how many time you say not interested, put me under DNC list, dont ever call me back again, they do call you and keep pestering you. you dare say no or take stand for yourself stating the same, they started using abusive langauge. always say curse words on call. and threaten for raping because me being a women not entertaining their call. no strcit TRAI rules are in india so they keep bully you.

I received damaged bajaj induction worth rs. 2000. It stopped functioning within 1.5 months. Was such a waste.

Fraud yesterday they took 1550 for processing fees and again demand for5240 so they are not trustworthy they play with the innocent peoples feelings

They put huge bounce charges though you have an amount in your account.

they say 24rs is the time period and put the cheque at mid night and if no amoiunt at mid night they put you bounce charges. frauds.

i already told that my account attached with loan is already some issue so please change same thing happen everyyear they took detail but not change i had paid my legal amount but paid bounicng charge even their call centre only worry about bouncing chagres not for loyal customer who already paid his amount as option provide by them this is one type of haraasement i also go for cinsumer forum for the same

Thay are robbers, even for small2500 rs emi bounced due to technical reason( funds in transit)they will charge rs 2100, false promises by their employees, too much processing fee

Worst loan application of all. Will not even recommend it to my greatest enemy. The company will literally suck you more than leeches. The rates are exorbitantly very very very high. Scammers will be treated as more socially acceptable than this company. 1 star is toooooo good of a rating for such disgusting loan portals.

If a client has been associated with you for many years and not a single EMI has ever bounced, and then after some years due to some reason one EMI gets delayed by just one day, you charge ₹500 as a bounce charge — then what is the benefit of using a Bajaj Finserv card for so many years?

This is my last product with Bajaj. After this, I will block my card.

Very worst application, can't apply personal loan and can't purchase through online always EMI card blocked and not payment update on time every time they are saying it will take 2 days and waste application on Google Play Store I am not recommended this application to buy products everytime need to visit shop then why this application is on Google Play Store and the EMI card was updating every payment was done after 2 days and in EMI card showing 1 eligible available balance to purchase but in the shop they are saying 60% 80% 100% days for each separate product like this people wants to buy means why should people wants EMI card from Bajaj Finance people don't use this application and please don't buy product through Bajaj Finserv recommended on hdb and TVS credit

Very very very bad in Bajaj finance

Very poor service, I'm unable to check my bike wmi, dirty app and dirty service... useless app useless service. I never ever refer to the bajaj in future.

I rarely write public reviews, but after over a month of frustration, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability, I feel obligated to share my experience with Bajaj Insurance so others don’t go through the same ordeal.

What started as a simple request — changing travel dates and receiving a refund for the fare difference — has turned into an exhausting and unresolved issue. The refund has now been pending for more than a month.

Every time I followed up, a new ticket was created. Every single time, I was told the same thing: “It will be escalated within 24 hours.” And every single time, nothing happened.

No resolution.
No refund.
No proper response.

I escalated the matter directly to Mr. Goenka and Mr. Vincent, hoping senior intervention would finally bring accountability. Unfortunately, even they have remained unresponsive despite multiple emails. It is deeply disappointing to see such irresponsible behavior from individuals who are expected to handle escalations seriously.

The most frustrating part is not just the delay — it’s the false assurances and lack of transparency. Creating ticket after ticket without solving the issue feels like a tactic to buy time rather than actually help the customer.

This kind of service is unacceptable from a company that deals with something as important as travel insurance — where customers rely on timely support, especially during urgent situations.

I have maintained complete documentation of all communications and follow-ups. When a company pushes customers to the point of considering legal action just to receive a legitimate refund, it reflects a serious failure in customer service and internal processes.

If you are considering booking insurance with Bajaj, I strongly urge you to think twice. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong — and in my case, they failed completely.

I hope this review encourages the company to improve, but more importantly, I hope it helps other travelers make an informed decision.

Bajaj Finserv is worst .. they told me given me loan again in policy in 15 days..but last 9 months to I m in trouble condition they not answering the..in call and given false. Commentment every day..
This Finserv are worst ..not compair to any Finserv and court also... They only given date to date .. like given court ... No result .. and every time new person call you and not updated to any peroson and the WhatsApp number and call number always different... You can't verify to them..

I had a very bad experience with Bajaj Finserv. Too many fraud call I had received in a day.

Unwanted loan offer which are fake and they keep down my cibil score. Also insta emi limit are fake. So please remove my detail from Bajaj finserve

Worst after sales service, no support when required, heavy delay charge for one day delay also. Not credible finance institute.
