Never will I, my family, friends and colleagues will use Bajaj Finance services. I am spreading this across my large circle.

Very Bad Service. The recovery agents are very rude and they harass me everyday for money and the charges and Intrest are extremely high.

This finance company not give loans it give pressure and if you want loan they are not giving but if you don’t want loan they call and irritate the people and this financial terms are vary and they stolen money another way from customers don’t take loans from here.

I was pressured by the Bajaj Finance team in Dhamtari; they kept insisting that I had received a loan offer, even though I wasn't interested. They repeatedly visited my home, pushing the offer, so I eventually agreed. However, I wasn't properly guided; I was told the loan would be paid off in two years, but now they claim it is a three-year loan. Furthermore, when I went to close the loan, they demanded a total payment of ₹46,000, despite the fact that I have already been making payments for 11 months. I was misled, and the staff member—Dharmendra Sinha—behaved very poorly; he has absolutely no idea how to speak to customers. Thank you, Bajaj.

Dear Bajaj Finance Team,

My EMI was due on 2 October, and there were sufficient funds available in my bank account for the EMI deduction. However, Bajaj Finance did not deduct the EMI on time and has now charged me an unnecessary penalty/overdue charge.

I have been trying to contact your customer service for the last two hours, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Calls are being disconnected, I am repeatedly being told that I will receive a callback, and no proper resolution is being provided.

This is not acceptable when the required funds were available in my account and the EMI was not deducted from your end.

I request you to urgently:

1. Remove/reverse the penalty and any additional charges imposed on me.
2. Clarify why the EMI was not deducted despite sufficient funds being available.
3. Ensure that this incident does not negatively impact my CIBIL/credit history.
4. Confirm in writing that my payment record/credit bureau reporting will not be adversely affected due to this issue.
5. Provide me with a complaint/service request number and a proper resolution at the earliest.

I have already spent two hours trying to reach your customer service, with no meaningful assistance. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and financial/credit-related concern.

Please treat this as an urgent complaint and resolve it without any further delay.

I wish I could review this company -1000 * but no option , the site is pathetic, the customer service is pathetic, there sellers are pathetic, their delivery parteners are really bull shit who deliver the product without delivering you and mark it as delivered and keep the product or I will say the theft the product without delivering you, amazing thing is their delivery time is 15-20 days which is itself pathetic, this website bajajfinservmarkets.in is big Scam in this country

They have been calling and disturbing me every single day from the last 4 years even when I said that its not the person whom they want to connect. They are so annoying and stupid that In a day 7 calls come from their end . Its frustrating and the worst part they dont even change the problem from their own system they want someone who is not even their customer to go to their office to help them change the problem in the system. I feel so angry and frustrated through out the day . The worst kind of Service to a non customer they can give .

Bajaj Finserv is a terrible company. They recently introduced something called a Flexi Loan—though it’s actually not that new. Under this facility, they provide a high loan eligibility and allow us to withdraw only the amount we need, while the remaining amount stays available for future use whenever required.

However, once you withdraw the amount, that’s when the problem starts. Recently, I drew an additional ₹15,000 from my Flexi Loan at an interest rate of 14% p.a. Based on the calculation, the monthly amount should be around ₹537, but they are charging me ₹1,092 per month, which is almost double.

Another major issue is the pre-closure charges. When I took the loan, there were no pre-closure charges mentioned. However, now they are charging almost 4.7% as a pre-closure fee, which comes to around ₹35,000. This is another shocking and disappointing experience with Bajaj Finserv.

I have also tried contacting their customer service, but there has been no proper response and it has been of no use. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would strongly suggest checking all the terms and hidden charges carefully before taking a Flexi Loan from Bajaj Finserv.

They make unsolicited calls every day even though I request them to delete my name as I am not eligible for their loans. I think their tekebankers have totally destroyed good reputation of Sri Rahul Bajaj

It's completely legal SCAM. I applied for a personal loan @17%. When the disbursement came it was showing 30% interest. As I asked to cancel it they straight up refused to do it. Instead they told me I will have to pay 4% if I have to return money. Don't even get me started on the "extra charges"

Extremely poor customer service and zero accountability. I filed a washing machine repair complaint on the final day of my brand warranty, but the representative delayed registering it, logging it the next day instead. Because of their negligence, official warranty coverage was rejected. To make matters worse, Bajaj Extended Warranty support has been giving me the runaround for 2 months with back-to-back unhelpful calls without resolving the claim. Pathetic service—avoid Bajaj Extended Warranty at all costs!
