I have worked endlessly with Kary (Cary?) on the phone to get the right size, which hasn't been easy but she makes the process easy and even enjoyable. She's patient, super-knowledgeable, cheerful in a genuine way, and makes me feel like she really cares. Kary is literally the best customer service rep I think I've ever had. Excellent response to a mailing issue
This was just excellent customer service all around. The US mail failed to deliver my package (they incorrectly said my address didn't exist and sent the package back to sender) and the customer service rep proactively refunded my order and reordered the items that were still available and had them sent expedited. Bare Necessities is a wonderful company to order from and this really was over and above. Just fantastic.

The hardest part of shopping here was stopping! They offer so many lovely things, I had to restrain myself.
Better still - the size charts were excellent and, now that everything has arrived, I can say that the various items all fit well and I will be back to get more later.
The ONLY bug was the Canadian side of the deal. Delivery slowed to a standstill once the goods crossed the border. The lack of updates on the order status for over a week was worrying. That is not the seller's fault and now I know what to expect next time.

Diana was amazing! I had just received my order and tried on the items. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. But Diana was able to interpret my measurements to get me the perfect size. She sent me custom links filtered by my size and style preferences. In one phone call, I was able to start my return, receive a shipping label, a return slip AND order new items!

During return processing the phone connection was disconnected and Erica found my telephone number and called me back to complete the transaction. Erica was also helpful in determining exchange size and took the time to explain procedures. She was professional but also down to earth and pleasant during the exchange.
