Great for plus cups sizing!
Usually everything goes great, the have a lot of options for bras DD+ (I am a 34G(UK)/I(US)). Never experienced a delay, return service is neat and I haven't havd any trouble with returns.

Quality with friendly and competent service.
May 1, 2023, I was on vacationing with my grown daughters. They were both wearing the warmest, cute lounger sets called "All the Feels" by Bare Necessities. And I was in flannel PJ's with a robe, and was cold. I knew then I wanted what they had. By the time I got home and ordered my set, they were on clearance. Well, that means all sales are final. But one of my sets arrived with a hole in the right sleeve. I called Bare Necessities customer service and Jillian was so kind and apologetic, explaining that usually the sale of clearance items were indeed final, but just this once she would replace the damaged top. I have never before ordered from Bare Necessities. However, due to Jillian and B.N.'s customer service, and their quality garments, I will be a customer for many years to come.

Extreme delay in shipping
Past orders from Bare Necessities have been good which is why I’m not giving them 1 star. But this past order has been ridiculous. In January I ordered 3 bras which have yet to be shipped. It’s March 4th now! I just received an email that the estimated shipping date has been changed again to April 4th! I understand if a product gets held up in transit, but an almost 3 month delay in even beginning the shipping process is outrageous.

The first time I ordered from Bare Necessities, the Customer Service was absolutely AMAZING! Whatever issues I had were resolved immediately, and the Customer Service Representatives worked with me to make sure I was extremely satisfied with my order. The workforce is not outsourced, which made me happy as well. Everyone speaks English and you can understand every word they say. I am definitely going to recommend all my friends and family to this site. They are absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with!

Very uncomfortable bra. Also ripped easily. Basically can’t return as the buyer has to pay for return international shipping which will be over $75. So now it has to go in the garbage worst company ever

Customer service Erica is a key example of how to treat customers who may not always be the target demographic.
As a man who enjoys women’s clothes and women’s bras and panties. Erica had made me feel comfortable and welcome by helping me with sizing with regards to one of the brands that used a different sizing to the regular brands I shop at. European and UK sizing gets confusing but Erica was able to help me get my selection! Not only that she reassured me that my cross dressing friends would be welcomed at bare necessities. 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️
