Ignored After Providing All Required Info
I submitted all of my personal documents to Barings Law for a car finance claim and have heard absolutely nothing back. Despite emailing them on three separate occasions for an update, I’ve had no response at all.
This level of communication is unacceptable. If I don’t hear back within 7 days, I will be asking them to close my case and delete all my data, as I’ll be taking my claim elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-up so far.

With regard to your claim, having looked through your file, I can see that you were advised at the end of May that the report on your documents could take a couple of weeks. While I cannot see the specific action on your case, I have requested that your file handler contacts you to update you on the status of the report.
I appreciate your frustration that you have been trying to contact us via email. At present, our team have been inundated with queries and are working hard on getting through them all in a timely manner.

Castle Trust v Dooley & Ors
Castle Trust v Dooley & Ors - Zero communication - any others in this case being represented by them??? My spouse is one of the 62 pensioners defrauded to the value of £10 million+ initial investments - High Court Judgement was won in Jan 2023. We have received zero compensation or damages. We have had the case transferred 4 times, now with this lawyer. We have no money and I am at the end, cannot see any more point to this life, I'm done. If this is not resolved in the next few months, no more miserable New Years for me, I am silently doing my Swedish cleaning/clearing, look it up. I will make it clear in documents to the press that this law firm was part of the problem as well as the criminal enterprise which was Castle Trust and Steven Knight.

I have not made any claims or engaged a solicitor, I looked at your website and see you specialise in data breaches and car finance, I have not had any car finance or made any data breach claims or queries so your emails are out of the blue to me. I find it concerning you don’t say anything in your email about the nature of my claim but provide a link for identification documents- hallmarks of a scam!

Barings Law are only interested in lining their own pockets. There customer service skills are non existent. I have emailed them asking for an update and no reply. I have phoned in asking for an update and no one is available. I then ask for a call back and guess what, no one returns your call. I would not recommend Barings Law to anyone. Their service is awful and as I said they are only interested in lining their own pockets. The firm is a joke

Filled in forms for data breach then gets 20 emails within minutes from this law firm how ironic so in getting hounded by gambling sites and now them blocked them

Each claim you submit requires a conditional fee agreement to be sent to you and questionnaires for additional information also need to be submitted for each claim. I can see that you submitted 10 claims, which will explain the amount of emails you received from us - 2 emails per claim. 1 for the conditional fee agreement, the other with the questionnaire.
If you have not cancelled your claims, we do require you to be cooperative with us via our email communications as part of your agreement.
