I was told by seller’s party that they rarely see such thorough solicitor ! After several experiences of house selling/buying, I know how important it is to choose the right solicitor. We have used Zohaib several times, very recently to sell my elderly mum in law’s house. He has been amazing throughout the process. His communication skills are A+ he returns every call and email with extreme efficiency. Any problems that arise with the sale/purchase, he faces head on, so they are dealt with quickly. And his conveyance knowledge is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend him and feel very fortunate to have found him. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Barnes and co are very lucky to have him, he is a credit to their company.
