They managed communications with the buyers solicitor very well, and deserve a medal for perseverance when dealing with an incredibly unresponsive Haringey Council, all while remaining calm, and helping me stay calm at the same time. I would say they are professional, attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. They are outstanding in their profession. But most of all I have found them to be prompt and communicative which I have learned to prize in legal representatives, as my experience with others has been far below the exemplary standards set by Lauren and Ross.
