Had a new boiler fitted today by Alex and Ethan.. They were both excellent and even though the job turned into a larger one(gas leak) they weren’t phased at all.. well done to Alex for climbing under the floorboards like a ninja!!

Had a new boiler fitted today, after a survey on Wednesday. Really nice guys who came - worked hard and were very polite. Kept everything clean. The engineer clearly new his stuff and was very experienced. Talked us through the controls to make sure we knew how to work it ok. Really impressed and would recommend to others.

Really nice blokes, arrived on time and whilst the job was bigger than they thought initially they got on with it and sorted it quickly and without fuss. Highly recommended!

Punctual, courteous,friendly team Alex and Ethan. Did a great job. Were very helpful explaining how to use new boiler. Left the kitchen spotless. Their banter between them selves whilst working was a tonic. Ist class service.

Had a replacement boiler fitted by Rob & Stuart, with new radiator valves and a smart Thermostat.

Work was done neatly and in good time.

Very happy to be dealing with a company who was able to do works at short notice in a cold December!

I was one of the first customers for the new venture to Basi Electricals of Bradford, Yorkshire. The communication between one of the boss's and myself was very reassuring as it was a complete re-wiring of a larger than average semi and with working in the health service i had additional pressures in these strange times in 2020.

The electrician and his apprentice worked extremely well together with no fuss or demands. They even brought their own drinks and food! They were reliable and thorough and did a good job in re-wiring an old property. They cleaned up after the electricial work had been completed and left the property as though they had not been in in the first place.

I would recommend Basi Electricals and to be reassured that they are professionals and know what they are doing as regards the practical work and the issuing of the guarantee paperwork on completion.

I have had lots of work done by Basi over the last 14 years done to the most excellent quality, customer services are professional and always happy to assist with any of my enquiries.
I recently had my new boiler fitted by Alex and Ethan. They worked excellently and efficiently that I thought they knew each other for years but put in a job together first time! They consulted me throughout the work and I felt so safe and secure. They worked great as a team. Very courteous too. Then the Electrician called Chris came and gave great health and safety advice that I could be in danger if he didn’t notice a live wire hanging under the stairs.

I can call the main office anytime and the best thing is they know me well enough to support my home electrics, plumbing and heating. How amazing is that!

Two lovely guys came and fixed our boiler. Am so greatful to Kez and Corey. Very professional, they were really quick and very tidy. They took all the old boiler bits with them. And I can’t thank them enough and would recommend Basi Gas and Heating to all my friends and family, cheers guys.

I want to give Basu heating company in Leeds road Bradford an excellent review. Firstly the admin staff Jodie who I feel was so polite and efficient and helpful to me and my husband Marcus. Next onto the insulating team lucky and his team fantastic job especially the plastering The insulating of the cellar Kaldeep and his sons who are a credit to him kind friendly and efficient at their job. Next the heating team Alex,Dave,John, Bobby fantastic guys Great teamwork and helpful. Also Elvis a lovely helpful guy and funny. Tony who installed the thermostat good job and the joiner who put back my laminate flooring. New boiler and under floor insulation done by Basi. Excellent service provided by Kayleigh from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful. Gas engineers, Alex and Ethan (Ant & Dec) very professional and friendly. Fitting of boiler smoothly done without any fuss. Underfloor insulation done by 2 very friendly guys (unfortunately cant remember names). Would definately use Basi again and recommend to anyone.

Boiler was repaired by friendly and reassuring engineer Usman. Job was completed in good time and he worked swiftly and cleanly. Very knowledgeable as he explained what needed to be done which left me confident with his workmanship. He left us smiling with nothing but praises for him and installed confidence in our choice of going with Basi. I'd highly recommend as very professional and dependable, exactly whats needed when it comes to safety and assurance when working on an important appliance like your boiler.

Just had a new boiler and underfloor insulation done through the Gov Eco scheme . Fantastic work and great customer service . Highly recommended.

Just had the boiler serviced by BSAI, engineer called Usman, very helpfully, friendly and informative (as well as COVID safe!). Checked all was in order, usual high standard I’ve come to expect of BASI. Would highly recommend, keep up the excellent work guys!

I booked in a gas fire and boiler service today. Usman was the gas engineer and he was excellent. He did a thorough job and gave informative advice and I would highly recommend him and using Basi to others. Very professional and complied with social distancing rules.

We can’t speak highly enough of the two plumbers who came yesterday 20th October.Ethan and Alex are a credit individually as plumbers but ,even more importantly to the business they serve so well.Workmanship was excellent ,great respect for property and with us as customers.They completed the job making sure they tidied up leaving no area in a mess.Fantastic job lads not easy drilling into brick to take out and sink new pipes in place !So grateful to your

100% satisfaction from start to finish, took my old boilers out from loft, small bedroom and kitchen then put me Combi-boiler in one day, kept the noise to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves.
Excellent after care explaining the new Thermostat. Would highly recommend this company.

My experience with Basi heating has been excellent from start to finish. I can honestly say I have not been able to fault this company at all from the customer service, punctuallity, surveying, insulation to the fitting has all been great.
Would also like to take this time to give a shoutout to Alex and Ethan, two brilliant engineers who were prompt, efficient and have great work ethics.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
