From the first conversation with Amanda through out the total fitting it was top class.we had Tammy as our main fitter with his apprentice Bradley who I could have adopted. The workmanship of Tammy is second to none absolute top class. We had a little help from peter and his son Christian and then from Daniel who was a total delight. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough, although I was glad when the bathroom Was completed to the highest standard. I was sorry to see them go. Pleasant, polite, tidied up every night, and a daily update on the next days work. If you are thinking of having your bathroom done, and worried about the mess don’t they are wonderful. Go for it, we did and are so glad we did.

Had Basi heating replace my boiler and definitely made the right choice. The engineers Kez and Alex called to inform me of the ETA. They arrived on time and professionally introduced themselves to me. They immediately took care and respected my property covering all floor areas used and kept me informed throughout the whole install. Kez & Alex are a credit to Basi and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Dave and Ethan have just finished fitting a radiator in our bathroom. From start to finish they have been brilliant, from protecting the carpets at the start, to cleaning up afterwards. They both definitely deserve a Pay rise!
The standard of workmanship throughout has been first-class leaving us highly delighted.

Just recently had a boiler fitted by Basi in Bradford. After it was fitted unfortunately we had a problem with one of the radiators. However Basi continued to come back until it was fully working. They persevered and never gave up on the job. Customer care is brilliant. All the engineers are an asset to the company, they always arrived on time and were very reassuring. Dave and Alex were excellent in the end they resolved the problem and got the radiator fully working.

From installation of a Vaillant boiler in June 2016 through to servicing to date, I could not fault the excellent and efficient manner in which the BASI team have approached their relevant duties. Customer service from start to finish and the professional installation and follow up annual service from all friendly staff has been impressive.

Had Andy round today to replace our old worn-out boiler. From start to finish he was fantastic.
I got a phone call to say what time he would be here, updated on how the work was going & he cleaned up when he finished. I'd highly recommend him & the company.

We recently had central heating fitted by BASI, we used them as we had previous experience of their high standards at our previous house. The engineers that did the work (Lewis and Zack) worked really hard and within three days we had a full central heating system installed, what impressed us most was their desire to deliver on what had been agreed at the time of our quote and where problems were encountered they worked hard to overcome them. Highlighly impressed by the lads and would ask for them again if dealing with Basi (which we will), the work will be completed tomorrow when they fit a matching fitted unit to hold the boiler. The five stars are easy to give, this is a company that delivers so there is no reason for us to worry that they won't complete to our satisafaction. Couldn't be happier. I had my boiler done with Basi over a year ago and my bathroom done a couple of months ago, I'm totally in love with it, it was a challenging job and they did it with ease and professionalism. The customer services is outstanding from Harminder and Andrew and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the bathroom fitters they were polite, professional and very clean and tidy. I would recommend them 100%

Always quick and reliable - I have used BASI for many years. Excellent service from Andy M who installed a heated bathroom towel rail for me today. He was hardworking, willing and keen to do the job to the best standard, plus very pleasant and considerate to have in the house. I am a very satisfied customer.
