Arrogant Customer Service
Bath product was excellent but feet were not delivered. In desperation as old bath was removed - old bath legs were modified and used to install new bath.
Customer services / management very arrogant and refused any compensation other than £10.00 which was value of feet. Will not purchase from BC again.

We completely understand that, with your old bath already removed, you were in a difficult position and needed a solution quickly. We are pleased to hear that you were able to modify the existing bath legs to allow the new bath to be installed, although we appreciate this was not the situation you should have been left in.
We would, however, like to clarify that had we been made aware that the missing feet were preventing the installation, we could have arranged for a replacement set of bath feet to be delivered to you within 24 hours. We appreciate that this may not have been communicated clearly at the time, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The £10 offered was based on the value of the missing feet themselves, rather than an attempt to disregard the inconvenience you experienced.

Kelly from customer service did an amazing job helping me with my order. There were some issues but it had already been sent to the depot with the courier company and no longer with them. Kelly was able to get it back and have the order amended and then sent back out to me which was unbelievably helpful! Otherwise I would have to send the whole lot back and wait another week to get the right things.

Broken products
Bought some amazing items, however when they came to deliver the items, we were in quite a shock.
We had a cabinet set, in black and white, which ended up being completely destroyed when we checked everything.
The delivery driver did not even give us a chance to check it, just in case.
We are still awaiting a reply to our email as we have attached images of the items.

we didn't get the good customer service , the produc could be good as we still hasn't fitted it but the customer service was really really poor, no one explain me as to how the delivery system works and later on I asked for the VAt receipt up untill today they never provided me the VAT receipts
