You tried to fob me off with a toilet…
You tried to fob me off with a toilet suite that was not the one I ordered. It was not to the design I ordered and was cheaper. This was not a mistake because when your customer service checked you had no stock of the ordered one.
Prior to delivery no one contacted us to say you were out of stock.
Now I have to waste my time waiting in at your leisure for you to pick up the wrong toilet you sent. Thanks for that

Your service was excellent but for wrong reason as the part ordered arrived on 4th attempt after 3 wrong deliveries . Not great
The two bathroom units purchased from bathroom city are nice but expensive for what they are. Disappointingly they did not arrive within the stated timeframe, then the second delivery date was also missed.
They are not supplied with the fixings for them to be wall mounted and the brackets attached to the back are somewhat unique so anything that will work with them is difficult to find.

customer service let down
Seems to be good product but the company really let us down on customer service. We wanted to order the Cleo Bath and Clia bath screen (confusingly named slightly differently though apparently for the same bath) and called them to ask for specifications and a more detailed photo of the bath from above and the side so we could be sure it was the right thing. We rang twice and were told twice they would send us the specs via email, to which they never did.
We needed the get the product so went ahead with the purchase, hoping it would be a relatively standard size, and were disappointed that the bath was so much higher than a standard bath, causing issues with the shower that had inlets into the wall at a fixed height.
Additionally, we did not receive any instructions on how to fit the wall panel to the bath, or the shower screen to the bath and wall. We rang again to ask for instructions that should have been included and they said they would send some through and they didn't, again. So the fitter had to busk it, which is nerve wracking.

We had a wonderful experience with Jimmy at Bathroom City in Birmingham. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional, taking the time to work through our bathroom design with us in great detail.
What impressed us most was that Jimmy stayed an extra hour after his working time just to make sure everything was completed and that we were happy. It is very rare these days to find someone so dedicated and genuinely willing to go the extra mile for a customer.

Kelly T the customer services manager contacted me to determine the issue I had. By the following day my issue was resolved and the correct item is being sent.
