Comprehensive range of batteries with specs for each fully available, sensible prices and excellent delivery times. Product ordered at 9pm on Monday and IN MY HANDS at 12pm midday Wednesday, 39 hours later. Outstanding!! What's not to like. Sorry I can only give 5 stars..... 'cos you deserve more. purchased a 12V battery on 29-6-26, received email and text saying delivery will be on 1-7-26, wait in and keep tracking the driver all day but the tracking was off line about 5pm, next morning(2-7-26) got another email and text saying again delivery will be with me today, so I stay in wait for the delivery tracking the driver using the tracking app, again lost tracking about 5pm. On the 3-7-26 morning I received another email and text saying today is the delivery, the battery arrived at about 3:35pm. On the packaging box it says "THIS WAY UP" to indicate which is top and which is bottom, but after I opened up the packing box the battery was upside down inside an air bubble wrapped with liquid(Acid) leaked out on and around the battery, took couple of pictures and sent a email to bmstechnologies.co.uk but no reply. Very unhappy and disappointed about this firm and the delivery company they use. Smoke is coming out on top of my hair.

Had a problem with my Victron Charge controller in my campervan. Emailed BMS support with the details. Within 24 hours, they told me how to fix the problem and also make wiring changes to prevent it happening again. These days it's rare to find customer support that actually knows their products and can give solutions.

I bought a Bosch car battery from this company 18 months ago,I was getting a low battery message on my dashboard.The battery has been tested,it's showing 98% state of charge ( it won't fully charge) and 70% state of health.I asked BMS technologies about the 5 year Bosch warranty which they proudly promote ( the reason I went for the battery) but they bluntly advised after several unanswered messages that the battery was good.
The battery tester does indeed say ' good battery ' but shows replace battery when the health goes below 70% , which it sometimes did ( battery now replaced ) which lit up the low battery message on my car.
The battery clearly has a problem,it's got another 3 and a half years left on what is clearly a non existent or near impossible to claim warranty.
I am contacting Bosch UK and trying to get a resolution from them because this seller is not only completely disinterested in my concerns, they are blunt and rude in correspondence.

Rapid delivery and a good price.

Another positive experience with BMS Technologies LTD. My replacement battery arrived on the day I expected it - but was found have been damaged in transit. Having travelled the 18 miles from home to BMS Tewkesbury to return said battery, not only was a replacement battery provided without question - but I was refunded the £9 delivery charge to cover my incurred expenses.
Brilliant service and a first rate employee who helped me with my problem. I will continue to recommend BMS Technologies to friends and colleagues.

Last week’s annual service report on the car noted the battery should be replaced. The battery had been bought from BMS 3 years and 10 months ago. The AGM battery had a 5 year warranty. I emailed BMS who promptly sent a claim form. By chance a journey to Exeter would take us past the BMS office. Could I drop in to have the battery tested? “No problem, see you tomorrow” - Kieran. Called in with my original paperwork and David tested the battery in the car and sure enough CCAs were down 50%. Replacement offered, no question. Great service. Will not buy batteries elsewhere.

We have been using our BMS trade account now for over 5 years and purchase all of our vehicle batteries for the 250 vehicle fleet. We normally speak with David H who is always so polite and never fails to help in whatever way he can. We would recommend BMS every time for service and price.

I have used BMS several times to order a car battery and usually their delivery time is second to none and the pricing is good. This time, however, I ordered a battery which was advertised as next day delivery but wasn’t even dispatched until 3 days after the order. Therefore, I’ll be lucky to receive it within a week and I’ve had to cancel my car’s MOT once already. Fingers crossed that it arrives tomorrow.
This delivery was made more frustrating because I emailed and called after day 1 and was told it would definitely be dispatched that day. It has taken 2 more days since that assurance for the battery to be dispatched. I agree with a previous reviewer that the delivery cost is high but the delivery process is far from perfect.
Nevertheless, the pricing of the batteries at BMS remains very competitive, if not the best.
