The sheets are so soft.
The delivery was on time.

Overpriced.

The area rug I bought is a little better than I expected. No chemical scent, unrolled easily and colors are saturated. Without a pad underneath, the pile is still soft and comfortable to bare feet. It arrived quickly. It's a surprise that Bed+Bath has a variety of good products.

Multiple problems with my order. First they sent the wrong product, then they were out of stock so we settled on refund. Unfortunately I ran out of time to find a new gift for house warming party :-(
Second, item was illustrated as a finished piece but item delivered was only a cover which was not as expected. Then BB&B wanted to charge me more to return it than its worth. Doubtful I'll be shopping here again...

This small rug is 100% cotton so it's washable. Love the color & design. Delivery was quick. Reasonable price.

Great ecperience quick delivery I love to order from bed bath and beyond.

The website is easy to navigate. I found and ordered 2 decorative pillows for my couch and they were perfect. The material, size, and color are just as shown on the website.

Finding the pillows, placing the order, and receiving the order within a quick time period was seamless.

The ordering and delivery were great and the table "Solid Wood End Table, 23.6 Inch Side Table with Storage Shelf for Living Room" is a nice addition to our living room -- especially considering it is solid wood and I got it for under $100.

Two small notes:
1) It came completely unassembled and was rather time-consuming (although not particularly difficult) to put together

2. It is knottier pine and the knots are much more visible than the pictures show.

It was delivered as promised. And once it was put together it is just like the picture. The chairs are solid and comfortable and the table is the right height. Very happy with the purchase.

My experience with Bed Bath & Beyond’s customer service has been absolutely horrid. On two separate occasions, I was provided with inaccurate information, which ultimately led to a situation that could have been entirely avoided had I received proper guidance from the beginning. When I called to escalate my concerns and requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told I could not be transferred. To make matters worse, the third representative I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and began raising her voice to the point that I had to ask her to lower it. No customer should have to tolerate that level of disrespect, especially when attempting to resolve an issue caused by the company’s own misinformation. Several days later, I followed up, only to discover that the representative had not even submitted my request for a supervisor to contact me, despite my explicit request.

What is most frustrating is not simply the repeated misinformation, but the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and willingness to rectify the situation. Mistakes happen, but a company should be willing to take responsibility and make things right when its representatives provide incorrect information.
