Online store - No reply to emails, no customer service phone number on website. I received one of two boxes of my large order and cannot get any reply as to where the other box is. I can see auspost did not lose it as it appears it was not picked up so where is it and why was it not noticed as not being picked up. Over $200 worth of goods missing and no one will answer. I’ve lodged a claim on my credit card company. Very disappointing. I thought they were a reputable company as the shops and staff are great.

20 Jan 2026 online store order was split into two parcels. One arrived reasonably promptly. The other has never been sent. I suspect BBT are taking orders and payment for items that are out of stock. My polite enquiries to customer service for an update have been ignored. I would discourage anyone from ordering from the online store. The service is extremely poor. I expect I will eventually have to dispute this transaction via my bank as BBT are unresponsive.
After posting this review I received the following:
"We would like to inform you that your 2nd parcel was marked Return to Sender and has now been delivered to our Ponsonby store. Our Ponsonby team will re dispatch the parcel via Aramex, and here are the tracking details: "
This is remarkable, as the second parcel never proceeded past the "tracking number allocated" stage, meaning it was never picked up from BB&T. I suspect the above explanation is a stupid lie, as it was never delivered to my address. I did eventually receive it though, via the Ponsonby store.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication when it comes to tracking I would have never purchased from Bed bath an table if I knew it was going to take 3 weeks to arrive, most companies give you an estimate prior to purchasing. It took 10 days to finally get notified when the order was going to arrive.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have just been to the Homemaker Centre store at Castle Hill and watched one of your senior staff be so incredibly rude to a customer that the customer left without purchasing and so did I. This poor customer was not asking for anything unusual and after being snapped at twice (by a staff member who wasn't serving her but keeping me waiting) asked if she had done anything wrong. The senior staff member shrugged at her. That is when we both left. There's no excuse to treat any customer like that. Pathetic

Went into two SA Bed Bath and Table stores yesterday. I have never been so disappointed with the service I received. The first was slightly better than the second (Norwood) where I heard a staff member berate a another staff member, and then serve me with no smile, no interest, an obvious annoyance when I asked if my phone number could be used to access my membership instead of my lengthy email address, and then a very public and rude, non sincere and condescending “have a nice day” - no eye contact and a flat tone - to finish it off. Horrific. Won’t be back and will be removing my membership!!
Just terrible
Unsure why this store things it's 1990 still. Ordered item 2 weeks ago, still hasnt been shipped yet, can't cancel because the order is confirmed. Apparently the best thing I can do is wait for the item to arrive then drive 30 minutes to the store to return it. Do not recommend unless you have half your life to wait for them to pull finger and get things out the door

Bed , Bath and Table . I’ve brought towels that are high quality and bamboo sheets , that are great quality as well . I’ve always had fantastic customer service from my local store in Melton woodgrove shopping centre.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase, complete waste of money
I am extremely disappointed with my first (and last) experience with Bed Bath & Table. I purchased new bedding for over $300 and, after following the care instructions exactly, the quilt cover and pillowcases were ruined after the very first gentle wash. The colour faded in patches and looks as though bleach had been spilled on it – before I had even put it on the bed.
When I contacted customer service, they immediately dismissed it as “external product contact” (such as benzoyl peroxide or bleach) and refused to take responsibility. This explanation was completely incorrect – I don’t use fabric softeners, I don’t use bleach in my washing machine, and the bedding had never even been used before washing. Instead of standing by their product or offering a resolution, they placed the blame on me, the customer.
For a company that claims to pride itself on quality, this is incredibly poor service. I have shopped at Adairs for years and never once had a product fall apart like this. Unfortunately, Bed Bath & Table not only sells poor-quality products but also refuses to support their customers when issues arise.
I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly recommend others reconsider before wasting their money here.

The worst rudest service Ihave EVER experienced . Outrageous! I went to Malvern central and bought $220 worth of towels etc , as I have a new bathroom. The girl who served me Saturday was fabulous and understood I was returning some colours , depending on what worked. Went back 24 hours later “manager” looked up profile , I had left receipt in other bag ! All listed on system showed banking details of payment on phone. No. I had to go home and find receipt ! I did and returned. Reluctantly and with an aggressive attitude she did it wanting to know why I'm returning it . Anyhow as I give her my card , she says that’s not the card. Yes it is, no not the card. Eventually she realises it is the card , then tells me don’t be aggressive Is she kidding ? Then asks to check my signature on card. I had to enter a pin so she didn’t need to see my signature on card! I explained she didn’t need to check my signature. Every step was ridiculous just intent on being difficult . She was angry I said no to signature and she responded saying go have your tantrum somewhere else. I was horrified. A friend returned something earlier in week without receipt and without an issue. She told me she a liar ! No she’s a lawyer ! Never again.

Only received part of my order. The base sheet of a King size sheet set. I have contacted customer services twice a d have not heard from them since 16 September. It seems I am not the only customer who has experienced this. How is this company allowed to get away with ripping off their customers?

Only getting automated service
I ordered 8 items and they only delivered 5 items. The 3 remaining items are worth over $800 and they are just sending me automated replies, no customer service.
