Cannot Be Trusted
Unfortunately, Sheex is no longer to be trusted. The first issue is order processing, billing/charging, and shipping. My order was "unfortunately lost in our system" (their own words, not mine) for over three (3) weeks. Upon recognizing this, they asked if I'd like to be refunded, or have the order processed. Typically, I don't order things I don't want, so I asked to have the order processed. It also made sense to process the order since my credit card had already been charged. Most reputable companies will typically wait until a shipping label has been generated at least, but not these thieves. Charge hit my card the day I ordered. Given the handling and processing times, my initial "5-12 day" receipt window will surely expand to 5-12 weeks.
Additionally, their "retail partnerships" allowing some products to be sold in brick and mortar stores appear to be a complete and utter fabrication. Contacting individual chain locations, and then working up the ladder, just leads to increasingly mystified responses as to why it was believed Sheex were carried by the retailer. Then, on the off chance you find an actual store that carries them, there insinuation from staff members that stores are not allowed to acknowledge having Sheex products on its respective website. That doesn't seem like a sound business model to me.
As my experience seems to dovetail with those submitted previously, I cannot in good faith continue doing business with a company that wants to take the consumer's money, but not provide their product to said consumer.
