orderd a blade bundle back in september for delivery end of october and still not received it. they dont reply to emails and the phone just rings out. i purchased through klarna but they havnt been very helpfull either. Do not purchase any blade machines from them they will take your money and not deliver.

I placed my order in July and was told it would arrive in September. This was then revised to October, still nothing and like others, have had no response to my emails and their phone number rings out without answer. Luckily paid by credit card so am in the process of retrieving my payment. DO NOT USE TTHEM

Do not order from this company!

Ordered my beer blade machine on pre order for end of October this company took my money in advance. Have chased them since early November no response to emails social media they never answer the telephone number provided. Anyway I have since charged this product back through my Amex card and bought from Beerwulf who are fantastic product arrived with in days! Even tho my card company have used a charge back and raised an issue they still haven’t responded. Please don’t be fooled by this company Iam not so sure it’s even real.

Good news my bank managed to get a refund off these jokers but that said why put your possible costumers through such inconvenience terrible way to run a business

I placed an order in October to be delivered mid November. £425 no order not able to contact beer shark tried calling emailing social media nothing. Looks like I am down £425. Total sham of a company. This was my husbands Christmas present. So so disappointed. How people are saying they have received their order is beyond me. I have been to the warehouse and it’s shut. I have ordered from another company that is 2 units away and they informed me that the warehouse has not been opened since July. So people who are adding good reviews must be employees. All I can say is do not order from this company totally unreliable take your order and money then nothing.

Ordered 2 blade kegs and they arrived in super quick time.

I've always had excellent service from Beershark. Highly recommend.

Have messaged them 4 times and phoned the same no answer to any if you have a problem with your order don’t bother getting in touch with them,in other words avoid

Ordered a Blade, taken the money no updates despite emailing them shocking

Unfortunately, I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else. (Apart from the positive accounts operated by Beershark with new 1 review and no real content!).... Or laughably numerous reviews for beershark from the same user!

I have tried calling and none of the options answer the phone, nor are they responding to emails.

In view of this, I intend buying elsewhere and doing a chargeback with Amex. I expect there are a few of them incoming!

As usual a very fast delivery of beer, I’m looking forward to tasting the zipher for the first time.
