Avoid buying blade bundles in advance it a scam . The company takes you money ignores phone calls and messages we bought 2 blade machines for end October del they just ignoring us we had to get credit card company in to get money back the same happening to over people to , one of Facebook been waiting since may for delivery

Haven't received my order yet was told it would be here on the 1st Nov and still now word, my last order one ofnthe Puntigamer was pure foam contacted customer services and no work back might need to go back to Beerwulf, shame as Beershark were far better don't know what's happened recently.

I like a few others ordered a blade machine end of June for October delivery. Guess what? Yep no delivery, no answer to emails and won't answer the phone either, yet still receiving emails to buy the kegs. Avoid.

Ordered 2 kegs, but only received 1, the keg that I did receive was opened and packaged in a Pork Scratching Box. No response from them since my message on Saturday.

Excellent service only placed my order a day before it arrived, can't complain at that.

Little pickle with order. But quickly resolved.

Ordered blade end of June for October delivery… no correspondence to a delivery date…not picking the phone up. Not replying to my e-mails… think we’ve been scammed.. stay away would have given minus stars if I could

I too ordered a Blade in June for delivery at the end of October 2021. No updates on delivery, ignoring emails and instagram. SHARKS by name SHARKS by nature. Fin-ders crossed Klarna may save me from these ignorant Sharks

More luck getting in touch with my future child. I understand if there’s a delay with orders but ignoring all communication is very poor.

Contacted these regarding my delivery emailed twice 3 weeks ago still nothing looks like I will be getting trading standards and a legal representation involved took my £450 joke of a company needs closed down

I would not have given one star, they do not answer calls,e-mails placed an order in September still waiting.

Great beer for a great system but could be better value for money, £49 for 8ltr keg is very expensive where I can get 6 x 8ltr kegs for £150, £25 per keg

Beershark doesn’t mess around. Despatched within an hour of ordering and received the next day. Spot on beers and great prices particularly if like me you like your German beers. Highly recommended.
