The entire process was quick and easy, the store manager in Bicester went above and beyond to help! Even put the parts of the bed that would not fit in my car in theirs and drove them over to my place!! Incredible service.

Parts were missing.
You responded well to that issue ( which should not have happened ). We were lucky that the delivery was early in the day. Your delivery team ( using "mymobileworkers" software which should have email adddress customised ? ) responded quickly. Your shop responded by supplying the missing parts from display. ( "Fiona" store manager ? )

We bought a bed, you sold us one, nothing unusual or spectacular, all good

The salesperson at the store was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we wanted from the mattress and why and then showed us the options available. There was no rush or pressure to buy. We would have bought through the store but had the opportunity to earn cashback if we bought online (it’s a shame your sales staff can’t offer any incentives if you buy through the store).

No pushy salesman, I hate it when I'm looking for something and the sales team swarm you..Bicester branch super friendly, listened to what I wanted. I was going to buy on line as much cheaper, but glad I went in. Yes I would use this branch again. Management was great. Doing a great job...

The assistant was helpful and we made our purchase based on details we were given at the time. We were not hurried in to making a decision but were given time to talk things over on our own. Very good customer service.

Service from Fiona at Bicester was great. However, the system did not upload the current deal correctly. Fiona had to sort out for us. This took a long time, with the help of a colleague. Correct result in the end.

Was good, they sold me a mattress which is what I went to a bed store for.
