I have been a customer since 2003. I never had a problem got what I ordered expediently. They maintained my inventory for my convenience. Then a few years back they lost my inventory but I still got what I ordered expediently. This year I not only have lost my inventory but I am unable to figure out what I have received, what is on Backorder, what I have paid for, and I have received and been chargedfor duplicate orders. As a result I have started to order from other companies. What’s more EE does not carry as many FD items such as ham, pork chops, shrimp, cherries and several others.

Took nearly 3 months to fill my order. Never once received a timeline for the order, even after emailing to request one. The package just mysteriously showed up one day without warning months after the fact.

...that these are somewhat trying times, have been for a while, and will be for a while. All of you folks complaining about lag times, or having trouble with customer service, and assorted other things need to understand a company like this is swamped. Heck, another company I deal with has gone so far as to advertise they are only providing one product at this time. I've done business with Emergency Essentials for years and they have always treated me and my friends right. Things are coming into availability and going out of availability on a regular basis. In fact, I was shopping, put some stuff in my cart for an order but waited a day. In that 24-hour time period 2 of the items in my cart had gone out of stock. Be patient, be understanding, and more important be realistic about your expectations during these times.

Downgrading my 2 star rating to 1 star. My daughter ordered 1 day before me and has had the same “ghosting” experience with customer service. When I communicated with EE about an error (missing item) the day my order was finally delivered, I told her about my daughter’s order. Company rep looked it up, repeated my daughter’s name and phone number and assured me she would send an “account invite” so that she could access her account —-daughter had been unable to login and check on her order for weeks, my experience exactly. Surprise!! No invite has been received. Emergency Essentials has basically stolen hundreds of dollars from many, many, many customers and continues to operate.
I do NOT believe any of these 4 and 5 star reviews, as the reviews like Emergency Essentials are a complete SCAM. This company has gone rogue and are taking advantage of people in the worst possible times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

My order's where all delivered timely an correct with a detailed invoice. Just wish i had ordered more at the time.

I purchased many items, but now my account is missing and my email id is unknown. Has the site been hacked or spoofed? The site looks different too.

Not sure if I can order from the site at this point.

Completely untrustworthy. I was told multiple times that my order would be shipped and it never was. Finally when it became clear it was never coming after waiting 3 months and talking to them about a dozen times, I asked for a refund. I'm hoping that it's issued. Liars. If they just told me that it wasn't coming that would be fine, but they kept telling me it was.

I purchased items during this covid 19 and got my items fast. I ended up getting almost 800.00 dollars more items then ordered, I called and asked to have it shipped back. They Was grateful and gave me something extras of things I order for free.

Order does not appear to resemble what we would have ordered. Both quantities and contents are confusing. Description is "AF Simple Solution Emgncy Food Supply 6pk box.

It contains "5" each (not 6): Organic Roasted Red Pepper Soup; Organic Silky Squash Soup; Beef Flavored Onion Soup; Vegetable Soup Blend; and Dehydrated Apple Sauce. Plus One each: Morning Moos Low Fat Milk Alternative and one Advanced Water Filter

I am still waiting for my order even though when I called I was told it would be sent by March 6th.

I was informed that delivery time was approximately 4 to 8 weeks due to the ongoing pandemic. Received my order right at four weeks after ordering. I am very happy that I made my order just as the pandemic was getting serious.

I also have purchased a good amount of survival foods from this company over the last four years. These long shelf life products are a backup to the packaged and canned foods that I obtained prior to the onset of the pandemic.

I have seen first hand what has happened in disaster situations and learned that you cannot put 100 percent faith in the government's ability to help you out. It could takes months.

Excellent service throughout, from placing the order to keeping me informed about shipping and delays (due to coronavirus). My full order arrived in good condition.

Communicated with me on the status of my order in a timely manner long before I thought to pick up the phone and inquire about it myself.

Great experience - customer service is great and responsive. I got the two 160 gallon water tank combo with hose and water purification kits. They came on time and are sturdy. I am not stacking them, I think they would hold up, but I wasn't comfortable doing it. The spigots came installed with some teflon tape, but I had small leaks, so needed to add a little more. I definitely feel more prepared now that Coronavirus is here. I'll have plenty of water for my needs. Definitely recommend Emergency Essentials for their containers.

My order is still delayed over 30 days. realizing the increase in orders at the time there was only a few days delay.

I have been a regular customer of Emergency Essentials for several years now. When I placed my last order, I had no idea of the wait time that would occur due to the Covid-19 supply shoppers. Between the order date and the actual shipping date I received numerous emails from Emergency Essentials keeping me informed of the status of my order. I do not fault them for the delay as this was beyond their control. I will continue to be a regular customer.

These folks are trustworthy.

With everything going on, they have been fantastic communicating about delays and have made a delivery already of what could be filled.

I will be a lifetime shopper with them.

They shouldn't be taking orders they can not fill.
