Great, quick and hassle free service with clear instructions for a reasonable price. Had a post arrival day 2 lateral flow test done with them, received my certificate in less than an hour. Would use them again.

She made sure we had all the necessary information to fly home despite our airline changing our flights. This was my first trip in covid times and I was so glad I chose a good company from the multitudes available. I want to give credit to LOUISE WRIGHT my administrator who was so efficient, responding promptly to any enquiries I made.
The test originally was to be a lateral flow, but the rules changed and so a PCR was required. Louise was on the case and the additional payment made.
The test kit was waiting for me when I returned home and there was a tracking system which let me know when it had been received.
My result was emailed to me by Louise within 24hours of it having been received at the Better2know labs.
I would definitely recommend Better2Know for travel tests.

Initially ordered lateral flow tests, then the Government changed the rules and we required PCR tests. We were contacted via Louise before we even had a chance to contact her. Excellent communication and service. Our PCR tests were waiting for us on our return from holiday. We duly carried these out and posted them via the Post Office tracking service which Better2Know provided and 48 hours later we had our results and certificates. Very good service and we would definitely use them again.

Louise Wright was our contact through Better2know and was absolutely fabulous helping us from starr to finish. We were overly worried about getting our PCR back in time from our holiday abroad and exactly got what we asked, yes Royal Mail a day behind but still managed to enjoy Xmas send see our mum in the care home. We ordered our Day 2 tests well in advance and upgraded to PCR as soon as we were instructed to do so. We're on Day 9 and they still haven't arrived. Customer service has been really unhelpful and we are being refused a refund. I've reported them to the Coronavirus Business Complaints Service and would not recommend their services at all. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered 2 x Covid-19 Day 2 Rapid Antigen Lateral Flow tests from B2K on 27 Oct 21 in anticipation of a cruise departing 1 Dec 21. However, as we know the rules for travel changed on 27 Nov 21(during the weekend) which necessitated a change of test for entry into the UK. I ordered 2 x Day 2 PCR from Randox Health on the same day and contacted B2K, explaining my situation, and asked for a refund. I received an email from B2K on 1 Dec 21 confirming the cancellation of my order and that a refund would be made within 5-10 working days - which it did.

I booked 2 x lateral flow tests with Louise Wright at better to know and was offered an upgrade for pcr tests at a reasonable rate, but unfortunately my wife and I do not have enough days annual holiday left to isolate until we get the result! I emailed Louise Wright and minutes later she told me that a refund within the next 10-14 days would be put back into my bank account! You can't get better service than that and will be intouch in February all being well as that's when we have deferred our holiday until! Thank you once again Vincent and Dawne Gibbons .
