Although there wasn’t any available centres for me to visit, the phone operator eniel (apologies if I spelt it wrong) was very helpful and considerate to my enquiry

Very pleased with the service provided which I found helpful and timely with lab results available being more accurate than equivalent NHS tests, I recommend them.

I recently used Better2Know in order to travel abroad for work. Their service was spectacular.

We bought COVID antigen home test kit for travel twice and the service was excellent. It is very cheap and it arrives the next day, they are very quick on responding to emails.
Getting the results is also very easy, you just upload the photo of your results and you receive the certificate in an hour.

Having recently been required to travel overseas on work, I was recommended this company and found them to be amazing. Customer service was fantastic and everything was well done and the company very reliable. Certainly recommend them! Thanks again for such great servie.

We have used this company twice once for a day 2 test & today for a fit to fly. I felt compelled to write this review because of the excellent help I received from Louise. I needed to have the time on of sample on my certificate to demonstrate that it had been carried out within 24 hours but the first certificate just gave the date. I emailed Louise & got an email back with evidence of the test time within a few minutes & additionally she reissued my certificate a short time later with the date & time shown. It’s always how a company responds when you need help which is the real measure of how good they are & Louise was amazing in her response to my slight panic. Thank you

Easy to order covid test kit at a good price. As promised the kit, well packaged, was delivered when stated. I recieved my test result very quickly. Very easy to contact them and recieved a swift, courteous, helpfull reply to my questions. I strongly recommend this company.

We used Better2know for our LFT tests after returning recently from Australia. Excellent communicative service, our tests packs arrived the day we arrived home as promised. Easy to use procedure and uploading of result with the test certificate returned within the hour. I hope that we don't have to test again to travel in the future, but if we do we would use this company again without hesitation.

Fast, personal and responsive. This is the 4th time I have used Better2Know for my travel Covid tests and they continue to delight with their excellent customers service. I arrived at Heathrow to check in and realised my certificate didn’t have my passport number on. I called customer services, not only did they pick up within a minute (unlike a previous experience with Randox - took 55 mins!) but by the time I’d finished the call they had reissued the certificate so I could continue my check in seamlessly, and sent a separate follow up email to ensure I had received it. Very impressed

WARNING your personal data shared without your consent
I have been communicating with this company over a test and they told me that they have sent my data to other agencies. Nowhere on their website or test page do they tell you this.

Their privacy policy does list data sharing with partners 'partners required to deliver the products or services you have requested, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies'

However they told me that they also share your personal data with Government agencies without your permission. Who else might they be sharing / selling it to?

I cannot not recommend any company which shares personal data (medical related or otherwise) without asking for your permission first. I strongly suspect that this may not be legal on their part.

I dealt with a lady named Louise Wright, may I day she was the most helpful person whom you could wish to deal with. She represented the company most admirably, and I would have no problem in dealing with them again!

Excellent service. Prompt email responses to questions and good value for money.

I found the whole experience to be very efficient and when I emailed for clarification on a couple of points I received a reply very quickly which answered my questions. Great customer service. Also the cost was reasonable not like some other providers.
