I can see why I couldn't find any 'actual' flags on their website.
The flag I recieved did NOT have a black pole pocket like shown on their order page.
It is the chunkiest pole pockets I've ever seen and the corner cut out looks like Jaws has taken the full corner off. I realise you can't feed a pole around a corner but this is hurrendous.
The double sided flag is lined with a reflective material that crinkles like you're wearing a period pant liner. When the sun shines on it it goes a really weird colour - sort of blue/purple like a sunbed hue shining through the mesh printed fabric.
If I slept in this there would be less wrinkles! There are wrinkles all around the pole pocket due to being too slack and large.
This is the nastiest thing I've ever seen.

Thank you for raising your concerns regarding your order, we reached out via email on 18th May, offering a resolution but have received no response. We were given no chance to respond your initial email which was received out of hours, and we could have rectified any issues before you used the product.
We have explained that the example image on the website is an illustration only, but I understand how this could be a little confusing. I do apologise about this and we will ensure this is improved on the website as soon as practically possible. We have had no other complaints raising this issue.
For the pocket, we show this as black on the website just to illustrate the pocket position itself, nowhere does it state a black or white pocket would be used. We extend the design of the artwork onto the pocket for a seamless and high quality finish which is what you have received.
In terms of the flag swishing on the pole, this is what they are designed to do. If you tied down the free corner of the flag it would simply rip in windy weather because it would be under too much tension.
Regarding the lining, we use a very high quality lining material which is designed to block the design from being shown on the reverse of the banner. If we did not use this, the design from the other side would show through. The lining material is an industry standard material and would be similar on any double sided flag from any supplier.
Looking at the images you had provided the flag looks great displayed at your event, on this occasion we were happy to offer a full refund due to your concerns you mentioned.
If you can please come back to us via email, we would be more than happy to arrange this for you for a positive outcome.

I strongly do not recommend this company
The service in this print shop is completely unacceptable. The staff member named Skye was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. I was told that if I wanted my order faster, I would have to pay extra — but at the same time, he informed me that nothing would be done sooner because “it’s lunch”. So I was expected to pay more for a service they had no intention of speeding up.
When I said to just proceed with the order normally, I was told that my order had been put on hold until I combined two print files into one — something no other print shop has ever required from me.
Within just two hours of placing the order, I experienced a level of disrespect I have never seen in this industry. When I requested a refund, I was told it would take 7 days, finished off with an ironic “have a lovely day”.
I strongly do not recommend this company. It was a complete waste of time, patience, and professionalism.

We appreciate your feedback and I am sorry that you were unhappy with the correspondence with Skye.
Your order was for a 4m wide print however you were providing 2x 2m wide artworks. As requested by Skye we required print ready artwork therefore it needed to be amended to one 4m artwork so the order was placed on hold. You also left a note on the order requesting a priority turnaround without paying the priority fee so Skye was also informing you that to receive the turnaround you wanted the £20+VAT priority fee would be required. This would have been shown to you on the website when placing your order but you did not select this so Skye was making you aware of your options.
Skye emailed you at 10:47am to advise you and then followed up with a phone call as she advised you there was a 12 cut off for same day dispatch. When you emailed back at 12:15 saying "do as you want and when" this was very confusing as to how you wished to proceed. Skye gave you a call to go through the order and to see how you wished to proceed as you had gone past the cut off point for the same day dispatch.
I am very sorry if you were unhappy with the service, however Skye went above and beyond to meet your expectations and to get the order into production as fast as possible.

Our art club's go-to company for its banners
This is the 3rd year in a row our Art Club has ordered its promo banners from Big Art & Banners. They were very patient with the various little tweaks we asked for and even made a good design suggestion which we thought was better than ours, so couldn't be more pleased.
