All support team they help me
No migration help is provided with their WordPress hosting package. The control panel doesn't even allow database access, and it doesn't include cPanel. The support team is very disappointing and lacks basic WordPress knowledge. No one follows up to check if your issue is resolved. I've been contacting them for two days, but they refuse to escalate my issue and just keep making excuses
