Professional and knowledgeable. Yet what I took the most from their service was they had a gift for not making you feel ashamed for the situation you are in. I did not feel judged or uneasy about the choices I made that brought me to them. Very quick to arrange appointments and finalize the process.

Barry Nykyforak was amazing. I was totally stressed out and had no idea where to turn when trouble hit. I'd joined a debt consolidation company in BC before moving here. That company turned out to be a scam. I was drowning in new debt and scared. Barry and his team laid out my options kindly and clearly and set me up on a plan. Manveet, I am so sorry you feel that way. I would hope that it was more a situation of not understanding the process. We would never intentionally misinform anyone. Our business has been built on clear, concise and frank discussions with our clients. We work in a difficult business and its not always an easy thing to do or accept but we do our best to help all our clients.
I just reviewed your file and saw that you had a successful proposal and were able to write off 60% of your debt. I am not sure what else we could have done to inform you.

I reviewed your file and now see why you think it was a waste of time and money. When you default on the proposal you don't benefit from all the advantages of the debt reduction and allow the creditors to continue collections.
