We had sense of relief the first time we met with Barry. He was very nice and kind. Nothing that I can say that is negative and against Barry himself. Initially, we thought, it was the best thing to do bankruptcy with BNA Solutions being referred by a friend but as it times go by that we needed to communicate with them, we realized, we could have done it with another trustee or just kept the consumer proposal we had. It was our first time to declare bankruptcy. Since it is based on surplus, I asked one of the ladies there how much to set up for the pre-authorized payment. She then suggested us to do the minimum of $500 as long as we fully settle prior to discharge. That was the first surprise. To my understanding, minimum we pay is $250. We never knew that $250 is each. Also, we took the opprtunity to settle the rest of our bills as we were told, long as we fully settle the bankruptcy payments prior to discharge and then we got email as a reply to our monthly report that if we are not going to update our payments, they are going to garnish our pay. Make sure that you are all knowing and expert on bankruptcy when you deal with one of the ladies there. Very rude lady that she won't even accept her mistake. We kinda felt it the first time we sat with her but we dealt with it with the mindset that they are helping us until we realized, we deserve the same treatment we got from Barry from all the people working for BNA Solutions because the fee we pay them form part of their pay. Unfotunately, she doesn't have the time to listen, very busy lady that she chose whom she will talk to...so with this review, we kinda be heard, right? Again, make sure you know all about bankruptcy when you deal with her. We are into looking to changing them as trustee, our bad, we cannot. So I guess, the peace that bankruptcy promise as is now actually a nightmare when you need to deal with the rudest person we have met in our entire life.

Barry has help me out a lot, very good service always there when you needed him relplied to emails anytime.. please don't hesitate to call bna solutions I can't say enough they were awesome to me treated me like family...

I've had an excellent experience with BNA! It was a hard decision to finally have to admit I needed help and was worried about everything from, what people would think and how I would be treated. Well I found out immediately at BNA that things were going to be okay!

At BNA they took the time to go over everything and were very informative. The staff was friendly and I realized I wasn't being judged, they really wanted to help!! I felt the weight and stress of my situation lifting and I'm now on a positive path to sorting my life out because of BNA.
