Discharge was certified over 9 months ago. Sale of last marital propperty was 3 months ago and still no accounting of proceeds. Not impressed at all. X got 9 months for her xebt and i get 21 months to her debts. Awesome job!!!!
Was recommended to this company will never recommend them.
Finally after this complaint and a few more emails I got the answers I have been waiting months for.

So sorry to hear that William. Unfortunately, the length of someones bankruptcy is not determined by us arbitrarily. It is predetermined by the legislation in Canada. If your ex had a shorter bankruptcy she would have had different circumstances than yours. If we have not provided you with an accounting of the proceeds, normally there is a reason for the delay. Please feel free to contact us and I will see what we can do for you.

After 4 1/2 years we have always honored all the rules , I have to say I was not impress with any solution that the company had to offer.
You know when you go through all the ups and downs and the lost of money it is very painful, so we did not feel that it did bother you or we did not see it. Every proposition that was offer to us turn out to be not available. We have 5 months to go we are going to be very happy to be free .

It works
Did what they said they would do, negotiate on behalf of us with our creditors, get collection's off our backs and help to rebuild credit and get life back on track. We are just entering the last year of a six year plan (we will be done in 09/18) and the program works. There's a caveat though, you have to be willing to work and do what they say. If you're committed, this is the plan for you and they are a great group to work with.
