I ordered a case of ring free from Yamaha it was advertised as a 6 count case but I only received 1 bottle. When I emailed the company they told me it was an error but refused to correct the issue beyond telling me that I could order 5 more. I would not have paid there ridiculous price for a single bottle. My receipt even stated a 6 count case.

First time I bought from them. I have a 2006 Honda 5hp boat motor and was looking for some parts but could not figure out the right part numbers. Customer service texted me back and fourth and helped me find the serial number of the motor and the parts I needed. Fast shipping. At the end of the day. I could not have done it without there help. My go to parts store now.

I have ordered and requested parts information on several occasions I have always received polite and informative answers. Today I received the wrong part (It was off 1 number) when I called they quickly sent me a return label and two day shipped the correct parts with no hassle. Called trying to source just a couple of o ring gaskets for an old motor. Chad was unbelievably helpful and patient ! Got what I needed and alot of good information. Customer service like I haven't seen in 50 years !! Seriously.

I ordered 4 small parts, 1lb, for a lower unit install and paid extra for expedited shipping. What did they do? They sent it USPS Ground - yes, the Postal Service...the slowest of them all. I'm only 350 miles away from their GA distribution center, and this order is going to take 4 days to arrive at the earliest. I will NEVER do business with this scam company again! 2 days until I do the job and now I have to order the parts elsewhere because boats.net can't do anything about it. What a joke!
